I have taken this before and had great results. Tried another product with not so great results so went back to these biotin gummies. Where are my ladies who are post-menopausal and have thinning hair? Like what is that? But I have to say these vitamins do seem to help. First my nails are really strong - and then my hairdresser mentioned that I had a bunch of new hair growth. Whoop Whoop! Even if its just sprigs of hair right now, I'll take it! They taste good too so that's a bonus.

I originally bought these to help with hair growth. I'm a horrible pill taker, which is why I opted for the gummies. They have a good flavor similar to gummy candy. They came decently packaged, not melted or anything like that, and appeared to be fresh. After talking them for a few months, I didn't notice any change in my hair growth. However, I did notice my nails grew like crazy and they were extra hard. I typically have pretty strong nails already, but these were unreal strong! I know it can take longer than a few months to notice a change in hair growth, so I would have kept taking them if it weren't for the side effects I discovered... I noticed that I started gaining weight faster than what is normal for me. I also noticed that it became harder for me to lose weight as well. I didn't necessarily feel hungrier than normal, and my eating habits didn't change, but all of a sudden I'm gaining weight out of nowhere. I was working out regularly, and nothing in my diet or lifestyle had changed other than me taking biotin, so these gummies are the only thing I can blame for It. I tried taking them again about a year later and it all happened again. I love having long hair and strong nails, but it's not worth it if I have to gain weight too. I gave these 4 stars still because they tasted good and probably did what they were supposed to do. Everybody's body is different, so my experience may not be the same as the next person. It's definitely something to think about if you're considering taking biotin in any form from any company.

Smelled and taste great

Good tasting. Soft and gummy. Easy to chew and not hard. Two gummies in the morning and I can definitely see differences in mail strength. My hair also seems healthier.

My hair has always been fine and thin and frizzy, just the worst combination possible, but it has gotten worse as I have gotten older, because everything does. Tried other biotins, but decided to give this a try because the price was right and it's a gummy. After 1x a day for a month, my nails started to grow and are thicker. That they are thicker is great, no more splitting and breaking, that they grew is a bit annoying, I have to clip and file them 1x a week now, but it's worth it because...voila! My crummy baby fine hair (which looks cute on a toddler, but not so much on a grown woman) started to grow too! That took 2 months to really notice it, my hair grows slow, but it definitely started to come in a bit thicker and there is a bit more of it. Not that I will ever be a hair model, but even to have 25% more hair is incredible! I keep trimming off the ends because, obviously, it is only the new hair that will be a bit thicker. No, this will not cure anyone's baldness, if it did, it would cost $100,000, but it definitely gave me a bit more hair and definitely made the new hair a bit thicker, so it's a win! I am thinking of going up to the recommended 2x a day, but am scared to mess with any success in my battle to just not to have awful hair. Update: I upped it from 1 to 2 gummies in the morning and my hair is definitely coming in thicker and fuller. It will never be great hair - it wasn't even as a teenager - but it is much better than it was, and this in the winter when no one's hair looks good because of the dryness of the air. My nails are thicker and grow faster, which is annoying for toenails, but so worth it for the hair on my head. Going to set up a "subscribe and save", but even without it, the price is not expensive.
