As good as it gets. Thanks to the seller.
Needed an XLR to USB in a hurry and they are all backordered. I ordered this unit with and expected 1 - 2 week delivery. But to my suprise the seller Fed Exed this baby overnight on Prime!!The device does exactly what is says, it phantom powers the mike, has a quiet transformer, 3.5 mm headphone monitoring, driver free USB connectivity, um the thing is excellent. Thanks to the seller for the overnight delivery even though the item was backordered.

Lack of instructions
Had someone that knew what to expect, so it works. I'm sure it will do more than I know how to use but no instructions.

Solid. Everything I needed to use my XLR mic on my computer
Using it for zoom calls and interviews, I can now use my good XLR microphone with my computer! No need to buy a USB mic. And I can monitor it directly and adjust the mix. Works great.

Excellent product
I don't normally write reviews, but this product way exceeded my expectations. We use it to livestream our Church services and the sound quality is amazing. No hissing sound, no static, just clear sound. You would expect these results from a more expensive product.

microphone output does not adjust
was hopeful this would work as an available replacement to the Shure x2u (it's never available). but while the input is fine, the microphone/output adjustments don't work. the volume control does nothing.
