Nothing to dislike, tablet is quite big but it was all worth it.

Capsule is slightly on the large side but isnt a problem. Overall I like the product, my energy levels improved as did my sleep quality.

I’ve been taking these for a while now, and I haven’t really noticed any difference. Maybe when I’ve taken them for longer I will notice a change.

I ve started this supplement few weeks ago because I couldn t sleep. I feel very good now. After few days my sleep improves and feel like a new person next morning. I will recommand this product.
