I’m very happy with this Moen shower kit. The design looks great and the quality is what you’d expect from Moen. The tub spout did arrive with stripped screws, but Moen’s customer service was outstanding — they sent a replacement right away with no hassle. Just a note for buyers: this kit doesn’t come with the Posi-Temp piece, so you’ll need to purchase that separately. Even with the hiccup, I’m still giving it 5 stars because the product and support were excellent.

Glad I picked this. Easy to repair just replace the cartridge if it needs repair? Dirt rust or other debris is the worse culprit for all faucets ! But this will last a long time plus it looks nice. And operates flawlessly The trim (looks ) can be changed without changing the valve in the wall. That’s a great feature especially if you later want a change the looks with another trim package.

Looks amazing and really made the bathroom look so much better. My husband said it was easy to install. Good quality too.

Work well, looks good in my bathroom, I gave it four stars because the handle fell off in my hand whilst in use, I am not sure if was the plummer who installed didbit correctly, but it's fixed and I had no more issues. The water pressure is excellent

Very upscale look, as long as you have the same Moen cartridge mechanism installation is A BREEZE. Shower knob and faceplate fit over existing cartridge structure perfectly!! And ours was 20 yrs old or more. Spout is slip on with key screw, and Shower head works perfectly - just use Teflon tape. I am one of the least handy people I know :) and installation took 1/2 hr just because I was trying to be careful. Wife and I are VERY impressed :) Bathroom upgrade for about $100 WOW!!!!!!!

Another recommendation by my plumber and I'm totally satisfied functioning great no leakage easy temperature control andd I love the fact moen gives u a life time warranty for parts so you know the durability is great

I’m blown away that Moen would put out such a low quality product. Everything just looks so cheap and none of it really looks or works well at all. The tub spout, according to the directions, is supposed to have a piece that goes between it, and the wall where the spout bolts into. I spent 45 minutes, searching, high and low all over my work area for that piece because it wasn’t in the box. Called Moen, turns out that pie isn’t even included. Without it, the tub spout is really wobbly and loose. It just has one tiny little set screw to hold it onto the copper pipe, but you can’t really tighten it much because you don’t want to ruin the copper pipe. Furthermore, I bought the Moen mixer valve to go with it because I wanted to make sure I had a quality mixer valve. After the whole thing was done, I tiled the walls, I turned it on, and it is a faulty mixer valve that leaks. It’s not leaking from my connections. It’s leaking from the inner cartridge. Again I called Moen and they said it’s a bad cartridge and I have to replace it. After gutting and renovating an entire bathroom, just to get to the finish line to have to wait on parts and do extra work is incredibly frustrating. Clearly, Moen is riding on its reputation of having previously good products, but now they are cutting corners and putting out very bad products. I would highly recommend staying away from this.
