Review: Solid All-Rounder Robot Vacuum & Mop - I bought the eufy C28 Omni to handle our upstairs floor, which has a mix of low-to-medium pile carpets, smooth tiled bathroom, and a textured cobblestone-style shower room floor. After several days of daily use, I’m impressed overall. The mopping performance stands out. Even on the tiled and textured cobblestone bathroom floors, it does a thorough job and leaves very little surface water behind, the floors feel properly clean and dry quickly afterwards. It transitions well between the carpets and hard floors too, adjusting automatically without any issues. Navigation has been mostly reliable, though it did get stuck a couple of times on a desk leg. I just added a virtual boundary in the app and it’s been fine since. One small thing I’ve noticed is that the black finish scuffs pretty easily when it bumps into furniture or baseboards. It’s purely cosmetic, but something to be aware of if you’re picky about keeping it looking brand new. The app itself has a really clean and easy to use interface. Setting up rooms and schedules is straightforward (We have it clean once a day at 12PM). My only minor complaint is that I accidentally divided one room while mapping and now I can’t delete the extra section or merge it back, my only option is to do a full re-map, hopefully that gets fixed in a future update. The base station is noticeably slimmer than other models like the Dreame L40 Ultra, which is perfect for our space. It looks well-made and actually quite sleek, sitting in the corner. **Q: How do I clean this. I have bought this last year, but the suction power has gone down and it really is not pulling any dirt.**
A: We are sorry to hear that you are encountering some issues with your RoboVac 11S. It comes with a 12-month warranty. Would you please help us better understand this issue?
1. Clean the rolling brush, filters, dust collector. 
2. Make sure the air inlet of the RoboVac has not been blocked, (without the dust collector) then hold the RoboVac upright with the bumper on the top, the suction fan is facing down. Shake several times in case something went into the suction fans. 
3. Please fully charge the RoboVac and let it run with the max suction. Does it make any difference?

Please note the consumable parts (like the filter and brush) need to be replaced regularly depending on its using frequency. If the accessories are worn out, it could affect the RoboVac's cleaning performance. If the problem still remains, please contact Eufy customer support for further help.

**Q: How well does this cope with pet hair on a wood or tiled floor? We have a german shepherd who leaves tumbleweed syle clumps of hair around.**
A: It is OK for pet hairs. Picking them up is not a problem, however, you will have to regularly take apart the main brush to remove all the hairs that keep getting caught there. We have a golden retriever and a boarder collie and we are finding that we have to remove clumps of hair that become caught after every single clean. Wouldn't recommend for pets.

**Q: Can you control the directions (left/right) with the remote control, e.g. to pick up overlooked crumbs? I tried two other robots and it didn't work**
A: Yes, easily with the app anyway. I've never used the remote. You can choose a spot for a deep clean too and it'll circle round to focus on that area, or an edge. Then you can just set it back into a normal cleaning routine with a single button. It's control interface is well thought out, easy to use and surprisingly effective.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pleasantly surprised !

Absolutely brilliant help with keeping our floor clean. I honestly didn’t expect a lot from this little robot vacuum however to my surprise it’s been great so far. The set up and mapping was fairly easy just brace yourself with patience and let it do its job properly. The app could be improved as it’s not very user friendly or intuitive enough. If Eufy updated this slightly it would have been 5 stars. We have 2 short hair dogs one being large breed and the hoover manages the floors really well. Mostly laminate and tiled floor around my downstairs with one short pile rug thats not an issue for Eufy. I still deep clean once a week with a proper corded powerful vacuum but use Eufy every second day to keep the floors clean. We make sure to pick up all unnecessary items of the floor so the vacuum does a good job. It does not miss a spot ! It travels around until all areas that are mapped have been cleaned. I also purchased the original etch cleaning solution that’s expensive however it literally needs a small cup full of it so the cleaning solution lasts a long long time. Noise levels are ok but nothing something that’s super quiet as you can hear on my video. It’s squeaks occasionally but this doesn’t bother us as we turn it on when downstairs isn’t used. It’s lovely not having to do daily hoovering as this little helper does it for you. I would not rely on this as your main vacuum. Wish the warranty was longer ! 12 months simply isn’t great for that price. Paid £499 on offer
