Not sure why I was asked to rate warmth with this product, however, because it is a great green screen I gave 5 starts for warmth ?????. This is a fantastic green screen it is crease free, holds its shape well when fully extended, clearly a lot of thought has gone into the design. Even in fairy low light the screen (with software help)is great. The screen when collapsed is held in a very robust box with two clips (which may be a weak point if you want to repeatedly transport the screen). However, in use it is quick to set up with two large feet to prevent tipping, however, I would not recommend use outdoors with anything other than a very light breeze. Excellent product and recommended.

The first time I used it it worked great. It retracted nicely. But the second time I pulled it out to start our video shoot it had broken off the top pole with no discernible way of reattaching. I reached out the company to help with repairs or replacement but didn’t receive a response.

This is a lovely product and works great in a small area so handy to put away also top marks all.

Exactly as expected and needed

Schnell im Einsatz, schnell verräumt. Hatte ich viel früher bestellen sollen. Ich habe alles ausprobiert, aber diese grüne Wand macht alles so viel einfacher und schneller Einsetzbar.

Do not buy this screen. It is miss- constructed. The metal piece that keeps the rolled up screen in the bottom box is not fixed with a screw and therefore detaches with the first extension of the screen and makes it impossible for the screen to roll up or down again. The screw was not forgotten - there is not even a screw hole in the box frame. Also - the backsite of the screen is not laminated and therefore the metall stand shows through.

Le système à l'air très bien conçu à la base. Dans une boite métal qui se ferme et une poignée de transport. Facile à dérouler donc à priori tout va bien. Sauf que la partie sur laquelle s'enroule et se déroule la toile s'est déboîtée tout de suite. Il y avait un bruit métallique quand on bougeait la boite avant de l'ouvrir et on a trouvé un petit morceau de métal cassé qui se baladait dans la boite. Donc défectueux dès le départ et donc une galère pour l'enrouler car le ressort qui permet d'enrouler la toile en automatique ne fait plus son job. Je ne l'ai pas retourné car lourd et encombrant comme il l'est ça allait être compliqué. A ce prix là on pouvait s'attendre à quelque chose de plus solide ...

Der Screen kam defekt bei uns an (Rollhalterung abgerissen, da schlechte Schweißverarbeitung). Direkt moniert und einwandfreie Kommunikation mit Verkäufer festgestellt. Umgehend einen Retourenschein, nebst Zusage zum Versand eines neuen Screens erhalten. Hat auch alles einwandfrei und zuügig geklappt. Allerdings war auch der zweite Screen defekt bei Ankunft. Selbes Problem... Verkäufer hat dann direkt den Betrag erstattet. Fazit, schlechte Verarbeitung des Produktes, aber TOP Kundenservice.
