The bag is well made and easy to install but the drink holder is totally useless and a waste of money it is designed for a type of chair that is not very popular I have flat extruded aluminum arm rests not round pipe and no way to install it without making a new type of mount and drilling and screwing it to my chair!

I bought this for my mom's wheelchair. She needed something to keep her phone and belongings in. Unfortunately, the cup holder isn't big enough to hold an insulated hospital mug. I wish I'd have known that before buying. She still likes the design and I'm glad I found something to carry her stuff in that's in a style she likes. It's big enough to carry everything she wants to take with her.

When one ends up unexpectly in a wheelchair yet still has to carry essentials to Physical Therapy, this was the perfect carry-all for me. Held my phone and glasses, kleenex, and even has netted pockets in back for things like lipstick or a small comb. It even has a zip pocket though so things don't fall out when I had to travel with my wheelchair. This was the perfect size for me and attached to the chair in a position that was comfortable for me to reach. It now adorns my walker as I have 'graduated' and am healing and it works well with that piece of equipment as well.

My aunt has an electric chair. The screw for the cup holder wasn't long enough because of the padded arms. We had some problems attaching the side bag as well. Again, probably due to her chair being a padded electric chair. So maybe a note that this works best with manual chairs?

I LOVE IT!! I CAN PUT MY TALL DRINK IN THE HOLDER.. AND THE BAG IS GOOD TOO,IT HAS A ZIPPER PART FOR PENS,& LITTLE STUFF.& THE POCKETS FOR STUFF.I HAVE PAPER IN CASE I NEED IT. THANKS!!

Would give it 5 stars but the cup holder sticks out just a bit. Caretakers have to watch going through doorways.

The side bag is perfect for wheelchair or walker! Just the right size for phone, pen, note paper, lipstick, wallet, etc.We left the cup holder attached to the wheelchair when mom's foot healed and she was able to go back to her walker. I will be looking at moving it to her new walker.

I love having a cup holder on my chair! You do need a tool kit to install it but it folds up nice so you only have to do it once. The pouch is great too, I love having my phone and wallet etc close to me so I’m not reaching behind myself just to text someone.
