Quality
This is Very nicely made. It works flawlessly, I am using it to preload a "LoadCell" to about 200 grams. It is extremely quite and smooth. End switch's work well for limiting the travel. Over all a good product, still a bit on the expensive side but if you need a "Vertical Lift Table" this is it. The shipping was really quick via FedEx, seems like a very reputable company. W

You get what you pay for
1) normal 9 pin DIN cables do not fit. 2) the motion near the top of the range was not smooth. in addition, some of the product description is misleading. For example: 1) this is not a linear stage. Therefore, for one revolution of the stepper motor, the step size changes with height. This also means that the resolutions in the product description are practically useless. So, don't use this stage if you need a specific step size (unless you want to do the calibration yourself). 2) limit switches are not protective. What I mean is that when the limit switch is contacted, it does not stop the motor from running, it simply provides a signal that the motor should be stopped. All that said this is probably the cheapest motorized z stage you can find, so I guess you can expect to deal with some idiosyncrasies.

How to Contact Manufacturer?
I would like to learn more about this product, but I have not been able to find any contact information on this page. What motor is currently hooked up to this lab jack and is it compatible with an Arduino controller? What degree of parallelism does the platform maintain? Please provide contact information.

Very flimsy table
University bought one for a student project. The electric motor got hot when connected to driver at the arrival. The treats of a brass part was stripped after 50-100 full strokes. We asked manufacturer to send us 3 of the damaged part and a stepping motor. Manufacturer accepted to send us parts and gave us 35% discount to buy a new one.
