Nice Corker!
I have been using a similar floor corker that has been handing down for three generations. It is over 70 years old. Decided it was time to retire it. Sure glad I did. This corker uses the same cork squeezing mechanism but has many other advancements that make bottling much faster and efficient.

Construction is solid, Have used this model at another location with great success, but will test this unit in a month when my South Africa Pinotage is ready. Regarding no rubber pads on the bottom of the three feet,.. you can buy 1 inch circular rubber cupping pads at Home Depot in the hardware section for a bout $3 that fit perfectly and conform to the square shape. They really steady it and you don't have to worry about the paint on the bottom getting chipped and rusting 9or damaging your floor if you are doing this in your house). This is the best price I have found for this model (found at many home wine websites), and obviously is a great model otherwise nobody would be selling it.Wine on!Ken, Wine Maker, Prelude Cellars.

Holy cow! Why did I wait?
I read several reviews on this type of floor corker and settled on the Ferrari because of them I love this thing! Out of the box it took less than 5 minutes to assemble without instructions. Easy Peasy! Thanks to previous reviews I ordered the rubber feet at the same time because I have tile floors. These are a must and work great. They are 32 mm rubber furniture feet. Happy winemaking, bottling and corking!

Parts loose in box. Plastic iris, not brass.
Box was completely damaged and parts of the corker were sticking out. Pieces inside the box were thrown in loose and slammed into each other during shipping causing deep scratches and chips in the paint. Iris jaws were described as brass, but corker arrived with a plastic iris that was damaged by loose items in the box during shipping. Returned.

Great Wine Bottle Corker
This corker is fantastic. It is very well made and works better than any corker I have tried before. It self-adjusts for all wine bottle heights. You can also adjust the depth to which the corks are inserted into the bottle neck. Highly recommended.

The reference standard
The Ferrari is the only floor corker I use. I've owned five and we bottle quite a bit of wine. The first one I used corked over 19k bottles. The newer corkers, although they look similar, seem to wear out after a few thousand bottles. Still a good value. Easy to use, clean and lube. You can find new brass jaws and bearings online but for the price it's easier to replace it when it wears out.

Very durabile, quality corker
I really like this however I am one that converted from hand corker to this. Good quality and my only complaint is with full synthetic cords. Normacorks are not perfectly placed in the bottle. Somewhat grooved however it's a known issue. True corks get corked with no issues. To be perfectly honest, the version with plastic vs the brass would work better if you are one that uses synthetic corks exclusively.

Low quality materials, excessive shipping wear.
What I disliked is it showed up looking like it had been used for ten years, and the metal frame was split open on the housing that holds the lever. It was shipped in a ferrari box. Online review search revealed that this is the “normal”way for this “new”product to show up.Dont make my mistake, get the Portuguese corker.I have to get this welded as i need it soon. (Hope the thin tin like metal will even take a weld) otherwise i would return. The extra leverage that this corker is supposed to give is not worth the cheap metal, floppy handle, destroyed paint job, and large price tag. Would never recommend this to anyone,Unless you love used looking broken tools to work with.
