Sigh. The life of a picky dog parent.
I really love this company, what they do, and the ingredients. I ended up donating my order to the local shelter. My picky little boy wouldnt eat it. :-/

My dogs love it
Full of real shredded chicken in a thick gravy. My dog had to eat canned food for several weeks after being attacked by a pit due to a fractured jaw and missing teeth. He is super picky but LOVED this food! Now he is spoiled rotten and demands it! I store his kibble with half a can and he thinks he is a king! We were given a can to try by our local pet store owner and he loved but it was too pricey to feed him 2 cans a day. Luckily we found it in Amazon and saved 25%!

Careful some of the product is rancid
Bought at store dog loved, found on Amazon purchased case and 10 cans of 24 badly dented. Opened a can and my dog had severe diarrhea due to bad eggs. Can’t return so buyer beware, not good product from this seller.

My dog loves it
My dog absolutely loved this stuff. He’s tiny and normally only eats a little but he gobbled down the whole can and asked for more!

Picky Dog Wouldn't Touch It
To feed this to your dog, the feeding suggestions suggest 1-1.5 cans per 10lbs of body weight and also suggest rotating the flavor with other flavors and kibble. As that would require me to feed my dog 6 cans per day, my original plan was to mix this with kibble / use it as a topper to intrigue my dog (who is very picky). It generally depends on the day as to whether he likes wet food or not (pate is never ok, but he will often try they stews). When I poured this into his bowl (first without kibble to see what he thought), I was impressed with how it looked. It truly looked just like shredded chicken with carrots and a bit of broth! I wasn't able to see the beef, so I just assumed there wasn't much beef in it. Unfortunately, my pup didn't think it looks as good as I did and ended up not touching it. I mixed it with kibble and tried again later, but still no such luck. Even when trying to feed it to him by hand, he wouldn't try it.I wanted him to love this food, but it was the opposite (sadly). All in all, this seems like good food for a small dog who isn't as picky but not so much for large dogs or picky eaters.
