The size
Very disappointed. They say on the website large but they are not. They are the size of a silver dollar. The price was a lot for these little cakes.

Amazon did not notify me frozen latkes left near building door for 8 hours after delivery
I was not immediately notified when the frozen latkes arrived. Amazon let them thaw in a public hallway for approximately 8 hours before notifying me of their delivery. I doubt they can now be safely fed to family and friends....shame on Amazon for letting the thawed potato pancakes become unuseable....especially because of how expensive they are!

Not Worth Buying Or Eating
This product tastes of old, reused cooking oil, with pancakes much smaller than advertised, and grossly overpriced for the quality. You're better off making them from a recipe or mix, or buy them frozen from the grocery store. This is a terrible taste rip-off. Gourmet my foot.

World's worst customer service
I only gave one star because that's the lowest you can go. In truth, it deserves no star at all. I ordered $155 worth of latkes to be delivered to my son in LA. FedEx delivered to his neighbor -- my son could see the package sitting there but could not retrieve because the gate was locked. I contacted FedEx (useless) and then tried to contact Linda's Latkes -- I called 4 times; emailed twice. No response -- and it was during working hours. Meanwhile, the latkes are no doubt ruined. Of course, I know Linda is capable of acting quickly because she managed to charge my credit card for the $155 the second the order was placed. I have filed a claim to dispute the charge with my credit card company. But we'll see where that goes. Meanwhile, I'm out $155....and my son never did get his latkes. Ah well. My advice: order from anywhere else because if there's an issue Linda will be MIA.
