It's a good product. I've lost some weight, it increased my energy naturally, and I feel more focused. I'm 51 years young, male and I also seen an increase of semen volume. Good price for the amount. If taken with water, it does not taste good. So mix with juice or other supplements. I mix it with a flavored glutamine and it tastes good. It doesn't really have a smell.

Quality seems pretty good. Has that very acidic taste I’ve seen people talk about. The amount you get is pretty good for the price. I should mention that if you’re someone who is sensitive to stimulants then start at 250-500mg as it can be pretty stimulating.

I am pleased with the mental stimulant effect of acetyl l-carnitine at 1g. It doesn't enhance focus but it boosts mental energy so boring tasks are less taxing. I am less inclined to procrastinate or feel demoralized but this would work best paired with something that enhances focus. If I have to do multiple small tasks rather than one big task all day then acetyl l-carnitine is a good choice. There is some exercise enhancement but not as much as I have experienced with the same dose of l-carnitine. The only thing bothering me is a faint intermittent dumpster smell that is there for a few seconds at a time. No one else detects it when I ask them to smell my breath. Maybe I'm extremely sensitive to small amounts of trimethylamine and maybe I'm only noticing it because I'm sitting at a desk trying to do one horrible task all day. I never noticed any odor with l-carnitine.

This is working really well for brain fog, forgetfulness, and alertness. It was prescribed by my doctor but the brand he carried was really expensive. This is a much better buy. I enjoy the sour tart taste. I actually look forward to it. The taste weakens as you add more water. I notice an accumulative effect. Meaning, I felt less brain fog and more alert as the days and weeks passed. I’ve been taking this for a month now and really grateful my doctor suggested it. My only complaint is the freshness packet is huge and somehow the scoop always seems to get buried under it. So I usually have to dig my fingers in the jar to find the scoop. This usually ends up making a little mess. Which wastes some of the product. But other than that, this is a quality product at a great price.

I got this because I am trying to reduce the amount of pills i take on the daily. I started by opening up some of the capsules I had of ALCAR to make sure I could handle the taste of this before I bought it. It tastes the same as my capsules, so it is the real deal! The taste is sour, like when you put lemon in water. Doesn't bother me as I like lemon and sour in general. Glad I found this! 2 pills down, 20 to go! :-0

Works like a charm. Dissolves great, subtle taste, great size, no smell

This tastes absolutely terrible. Made me super nauseous and kind of acted like some sort of laxative. However, it lowered my appetite and I felt pretty good in the gym. Had to stop taking it because it started to affect my mornings where I couldn’t do anything from the need to throw up. If you can handle this it’s definitely worth your money but I could not stand the fish smell and nauseating effects.

This product is and does exactly what it says it is for. Less pain and boosts what your body is making already.

La compré porque hago ejercicio por lo regular había tomado carnitina tartrato pero era necesario tomar carbohidratos para sentir su efecto ahora con esta carnitina acetil no es necesario tomar carbohidratos simplemente con agua su sabor inconfundible ácido y aumenta considerablemente mi sudoración y la quema de grasa estoy muy contento con este producto!
