3 prong plug?
The product is good. The description needs to be updated. It states a 3 prong plug, but there are 2 types of 3 prong plugs. A straight blade plug and a L prong plug. The only way I saw to distinguish was by zooming in on the photo.

Works well, very thick, 9 feet.
used it for new GE dryer. works very well. although its very thick so its a little hard to bend the ends into the dryer hook up but it worked, Also its not fully 10 feet because of the ends and thickness, think of it as 9 feet.

Lo que sucede es que no se ve que las patas no son rectas sino que están dobladas y hubo que enderezarlas

As the creative force behind a diverse company specializing in jewelry making, 3D design, wax carving, lost wax casting, sand casting, smelting, forging, laser engraving, and sublimation, my studio's operational efficiency hinges on the reliability of every piece of equipment, down to the power cords. The Cable Matters 3 Prong Dryer Cord, a 30 Amp Appliance Cord (NEMA 10-30P to 3-Wire) extending 10 feet, was a necessary acquisition to ensure my equipment runs safely and effectively. Here's a balanced look at how this cord has performed in my studio setup. Initially, the Cable Matters Dryer Cord was chosen for its specific compatibility with one of my high-demand power equipment pieces. The 30 Amp rating and NEMA 10-30P configuration perfectly matched my requirements, promising a seamless integration. Upon installation, the cord delivered on this promise, providing a stable and secure connection that powered my equipment without any issues. The 10-foot length offered enough flexibility to position my equipment optimally within my workspace, which is crucial in a studio where space is at a premium and mobility is often needed. The build quality of the Cable Matters Dryer Cord is solid, with a durable exterior that withstands the general wear and tear of a busy workshop environment. This durability is crucial, as frequent movement and reconfiguration of space can put strain on lesser-quality cords. However, while the cord's construction is robust, its rigidity can be a double-edged sword. Maneuvering the cord during setup or when adjusting the layout of the studio can be more cumbersome than with more flexible alternatives. This rigidity, while contributing to the cord's durability, occasionally limits ease of use. From a safety perspective, the Cable Matters Dryer Cord meets expectations. The grounding and insulation are up to standard, providing peace of mind that the risk of electrical mishaps is minimized. This aspect is particularly important in a studio handling flammable materials and complex projects. However, it's worth noting that despite its overall solid performance, the cord doesn't offer any additional features or advancements over standard offerings in the market. While it fulfills its primary function well, those looking for cords with built-in surge protection or other advanced features might find it lacking. Integrating this dryer cord into my studio has not been transformative, but it has reliably met the needs for which it was purchased. Its performance has been dependable, and it has become a quietly essential part of my studio's operation. Sharing this experience through my vlogging and streaming has highlighted the importance of considering even the most seemingly mundane components in creating a functional and safe creative space. In summary, the Cable Matters 3 Prong Dryer Cord is a practical, no-frills solution that delivers reliable performance for specific power needs. While its rigidity may pose minor inconveniences, its safety, durability, and adequate length make it a worthy investment for studio owners with similar equipment requirements. For those in the creative field looking for a straightforward power solution, this dryer cord is a dependable choice, albeit with the understanding that it sticks to the basics.
