Datu Puti Sukang Native Vinegar, 25 Oz

I’m giving this 5 stars just so I don’t mess up their ratings and since this is my first experience with this type of vinegar, so I can’t really say whether it is a good example of its kind. I bought this to make a recipe from the Fat Rice cookbook & didn’t want to haul all over town looking for it. It arrived intact and not leaking. To me, the flavor was similar to apple cider vinegar, so I think I’ll just substitute that when this bottle runs out, since that is easily available and far cheaper.

I was provided a different item than I ordered. It arrived today and is ineligible for return. The item I ordered shows the ingredients are exclusively fermented sugarcane. The item I received contains many ingredients, the first being fish sauce. I don't consume fish. Horrible.

I love this product, my mother is from the Philippines & used it often in her cooking. But, I ordered 5 & received 2.. there wasn’t anything broken when I got it but it wreaked of the vinegar like the others broke.

Goes great with lumpia 🤤
