Truly an example of getting what you paid for
Looking back over almost 5 years of experimenting with blow guns in price range below $20, I haven't had any that last more than a year. Semi-heavy usage, almost daily during summer, and lots of retracting on hose reel takes its toll on 'delicate' guns I have tried. Bit the bullet and gotVacula VAC72-020-1050 Blow Gun (4" Full Flow); what a solid, precise, well-designed gun! Used to always cut back on compressor outlet ball valve when not needing full pressure/volume, much to my surprise the trigger pull is so consistent it's very easy to almost 'trickle flow'. Wide open is as described 'full flow'. Great investment!

It's a Vacula, of course it's GREAT!
My first Vacula finally gave up, but only after 20+ years of hard abuse! I bought my first one many, many years ago long before I retired when I worked as an master auto tech. In my work bay I had one air hose for my air tools and one dedicated to the Vacula so it was always on a hook on the work bench within an arms reach and I used it A LOT. It's been used and abused all during my working years and then came home after I retired to my home shop. It's been drop and slammed so many times there is no way I could say but a thousand of times for sure and it always worked as well as it did the day I first bought it. When it finally died a couple months ago there was only one air gun I was going to replace it with, another Vacual! Yes they are costly, but for the years they'll last they are a bargain! Being able to easily regulate the air flow even down to a gentle breeze to full bore max pressure blast! AND take a beating, makes it #1 in my book. Don't hesitate because there are cheaper knock offs, trust me in the long run you will NOT save money and you will not get the same quality, the knock offs won't last anywhere near the years as a Vacula will! This one, my second one, my grandkids will inherit it. Thanks Vacula, even Snap-On couldn't hold a candle to you!

Great air blast
I've had a Vacula blow gun for over 30 years. I've been very busy in my workshop lately and kept misplacing the air gun, so decided to purchase a second one. Photos show my 30 year old version and the one I just received. I thought the air flow from the first air gun was good, but you can see from the photos that the older one is a restricted flow air gun, and I was satisfied with it. This new one puts out serious air blasts! The older gun has the brass insert for the fitting to screw into, the new air gun does not. The new one seals fine, and assuming it will not be a concern in the future.

Best Air Gun Build Quality
the shop I work at has had many of the new styles of blowguns sold by Matco and Mac- and those totally suck as far as durability. They can’t handle a ground impact more than 30 times- and in a body shop where we thrive with speed- it’s a constant thing to hear a blowgun smack the ground. However- Vacula’s body style of air gun is impeccable and seriously long lasting. A coworker of mine has had his style for well over 5 years w no issues

Lots of air
I had a 25 yr old Vacula that I had to replace. New one works great. Only thing I didn't like was the old one had brass threads and the new one has plastic. So far, it's holding up well but time will tell.

Love this air gun
I use these daily at work, and so far this one works and feels way better than the $5 air gun I bought at Walmart. As of right now I’d say it’s definitely worth the extra money. I’ll update this review if that changes
