Work great when brand new, but 7 months in they’re starting to wear out. Drivers side ballast seems to not be functioning properly as it is not as bright as the passenger side. Changed out bulbs, even bought new bulbs and still didn’t work. Will probably be switching to a higher quality since this is only a temporary item it seems like.UPDATE 7/20/18:Contacted the seller as one of the lights went completely out. They shipped me a new ballast with a bulb within 2 days under warranty. I inquired that my other light was very faint compared to the new one and figured out it was the ballast starting to have issues so they are sending me a replacement for that as well.Customer service was phenomenal for me. I provided the information on the faulty parts and they helped me out. The product lasted me just over a year before giving me serious issues but customer service really takes into account your concerns and questions.Highly recommend.

It does not seem the seller is behind their product. No response from the seller for over a week now.My HID pair started flickering and eventually one side died just 2 weeks after the 1yr manufacture mark. my other side is starting to go off now. i've tried contacting the manufacture and give them a chance, but no response since a week ago.I typically do not give bad reviews, but if your product only last for 1yr when typically should be in working state for at 2-3 years then it almost seems like a scam to me. my pair literally lasted just 2 weeks after the 1yr warranty mark.so buyers bewarned it may look good initially especially with the 55w vs 35w, but you will be getting a prematurely defective product with no support from the seller. in fact, i'm not even sure if they will honor any warranty even within the 1yr mark as there's no communication received from the seller.purchase at your own risk/gamble. It was a perfect fit. Brightness I know for a fact is not 10000k because when you are looking at the car from the front they look bright, but when you are driving it does not look like 10000k HID, while driving brightness looks like factory light bulbs and same distance as factory light bulb. The appearance from outside the car looks great you can definitely tell your car has a HID kit installed. Only down side to buying these is that it does not come with instructions so if you don’t know how to install HID your best bet is paying someone who knows what they are doing, I was lucky I had previously installed different HID kits on previous cars so I already knew how to set it up but for someone who doesn’t know your better off paying someone who knows because not even YouTube has videos on how to install this brand on a 1997 Toyota Camry, also if I would had known this kit I bought needed a hi/low beam switch adapter for the hi/low beams to work properly I would had paid the extra few dollars for the complete set. This means this kit hi/low beam does not work maybe that’s why it’s not as bright as 10000K should be, so you can turn your hi/low beam switch on and off on your car, but your car won’t let you know on that settings is on on the dashboard so the high beam light won’t turn on on your cars dash, and the HID bulbs won’t get brighter than if you have it on hi settings it will stay the same, you can still blink your lights to notice other vehicles when you are letting them go, but with out that adapter your car won’t know the difference when it’s on hi/lo beam, I think that’s the reason why it’s not as bright as a 10000k kit should be, besides all that the blasters are heavy duty has some weight to it compared to more expensive ones I bought in the past so you can tell these aren’t cheap for $40 price, my best advice if you are looking for something bright to blind people go with the complete kit that comes with the hi/lo beam adapter is only a few dollars more, and if you just want it so your car can look nice this one is perfect specially for the price, but if you don’t know how to install them best bet is paying a professional because this kit does not come with setup or installation instructions.

I purchased Xentec HID’s in the past for another car and they worked great. When my fog lights burned out on my daily driver back in November 2018, I decided I wanted something a little brighter. I returned to purchase Xentec HID’s and was very pleased.Recently in Feb 2019, I had a ballast go bad with water damage. I reached out to Xentec and asked if there was anything they could do and if they even offered any kind of warranty. With some quick conversation and a couple days of patience, a new ballast arrived. Free of charge. Customer service was fantastic and I am very pleased. Xentec could have said no but instead they chose to help their customer.Side note: Headlight retrofit coming soon, with Xentec HID’s.Side side note: Camera distortes the color of the light. Light is not green. Light is a pure white/slight blue(4300k) color bulb.I will definitely be buying another set again!

When I. Received the package it sounded like it was in pieces. I could here rattling if I move the box. I thought it my be broken ..It wasn't but it came apart in the box . But it looked good.I go install the lights and one don't work .so I swith the hid light to the other side and it don't work so I assumed it was the light bulb I didn't want to return everything like Amazon wanted. So I just bought 2 hid light bulbs on Amazon at a different store . I get them put them in and the one don't work so now I thought it was the ballast restor I ordered 2 ballast on line from Temu. I get them damn it still didn't. Work . It turned out the 1st kit I bought on Amazon. Comes with a couple of adapter wire connectors..well one of the wires were bad ... So now I have 2 sets of hid lights. Oh well

el producto como tal es bueno, la luz era mejor que los LEDs pero el hecho de que solo hayan durado 3 meses y ya se fundio una luz le quita todo lo bueno
