I love this scale. I’ve had it for about 3 years, and I still use it all the time. The Bluetooth app is really helpful for tracking weight trends over months or years, which is what I use it for the most. It makes it so easy to see progress and stay consistent. As for the body fat and other composition numbers — I take those with a grain of salt. They’re fun to look at but not super accurate. Still, for weight tracking, it’s fantastic. It’s also very affordable, works reliably, and has held up perfectly over time. I’m genuinely impressed with how durable it is. Final verdict: A long-lasting, budget-friendly smart scale with a great app. Perfect for tracking weight, and I still love it after years of use.

I have been using this RENPHO smart scale for a few months and it’s been a solid addition to my daily routine. Very easy to setup and use. For the price, I'm surprised how many features there are as well as the simplicity to connect to the app. The app is quality as well -- for a free app, I'm surprised how many macros you can track. It reminds of what MyFitnessPal used to be like before they started charging an arm and a leg. Good app, great features, sturdy and well-functioning scale. At $20, you can't go wrong.

So far it’s pretty good. I think the numbers are slightly off. For my spouse for example it said his body fat is only 11%. I can see he’s not. He is thin though, but I assure you he’s not 11%. We did measure his body fat by analog way and it seems to be more like 17%. So it was off for him. That being said I think he’s an odd one to measure. Plus I think he kept moving around and did not get a correct reading that’s even close. But me on the other hand it was off by 1 point. Which is pretty good. The weight is correct though, as I did check with 2 scales. It’s fun and it gives you an idea of how things are going. It says my visceral fat is low which I don’t believe that’s true I think I’m a little bit higher. I do work out and I believe my higher weight is from muscles, but I do believe it’s also from my peri menopause hormonal kind of fat :/. But I don’t think my muscle percentage is as high as it’s saying. I think that is pretty off. I have to be logical with myself, if I want to see some kind of results. Bottom line I’m skinny fat and this scale is not bad. Again it gives and idea, helps figure out what needs work. But take it with a grain and salt. I’ve tried others scales that measure fat % and they were overpriced and not good. Plus customer service was horrible! I think the only way to get a legit reading is if you go to one of those pros with that machine that can measure your entire body. But this is a inexpensive way to get an idea of where you are. My scale is solar and it seems to charge pretty fast and it seems the charge has been lasting. I only started using this recently though, but I’ve owned it for over a year. Shall see how much longer it will work but so far I’m liking it. Best

This is the second Renpho (basic) scale I’ve owned and I must say, it’s worth it! The scale is accurate when compared to the weight measured when at the doctors and at home, gives me the ability to track certain metrics I’m looking for to stay healthy. The only difference with the newer version is it is battery operated instead of chargeable. Not sure how I feel about that but at the same time, calculates the same! Will update if I notice anything off over time but for now - solid purchase and product. I only bought a second one because my ADHD got the best of me and I threw the first one out during a move / being overwhelmed with lack of time

Constistent in the whey it shows. Seems accurate. Doesn’t need much sun to recharge. However, the fat/muscle/tissue measurements are bs. It is so off. During the last 6 months I have gone from 25-30% body fat to about 12%. The scale says 21-22%, it has been saying the same % since I bought it even though I made a total body transformation in the meantime.

sehr gute Waage - misst genau, leicht zu handhaben und mit dem iphone und iwatch eine super kombination. Es ist leicht die Geräte miteinander zu verbinden und die App dazu ist klasse. Ich freue mich ein guter Kauf.

Compré este modelo por ser lo más económico que vi con otros productos similares y la verdad es que funciona muy bien. Te dice información muy detallada sobre grasa corporal, IMC, músculo esquelético, grasa subcutánea, grasa visceral, agua corporal, masa muscular, masa ósea, proteína, tasa metabólica y edad metabólica. He notado que si me peso varias veces seguidas puede tener un pequeño desajuste, de unos pocos gramos, pero creo que no tiene mayor importancia La aplicación me gustaría que fuera mejor, en la pantalla principal podrían poner un resumen de lo más importante o dejarte poner tus “favoritos” por ejemplo masa muscular y peso total.. y al entrar ver lo que tú quieras, no tener que ir pestaña por pestaña. La conectividad es por bluetooth y hasta el momento no me ha dado problemas, y conectarlo por primera vez es fácil
