I've never really liked or enjoyed coffee before; I've always been a tea-drinker. Until Wild Coffee. Holy moly, this stuff is good, and will give you something to really look forward to in the mornings. I find myself making a cup of this coffee instead of my usual 20-year habit of tea. This brand is amazing. I can always tell when we run out of Wild Coffee and are using something else, because it just doesn't taste the same. Wild Coffee is now a staple in our cupboard, and I always try to make sure we have at least 2 or 3 bags on-hand. I was introduced to this coffee with the Peru variety, and have since found that Mexico is my favorite, and my husband enjoys all the varieties equally. I just today decided to try adding a Wild Cocoa Butter wafer to my coffee and that made for a tasty treat, too. My husband always puts ghee or KerryGold butter and Wild MCT oil in his coffee every single time and makes his version of bullet coffee or whatever they call it. I like it black.

Absolutely fantastic coffee! I had gone and tried other organic brands over the years and most if not all just tasted weird. I just purchased a new espresso machine and thought that I would try again to find a better bean. When I received the beans from Wild Foods I opened up the bag and was completely engulfed in such an amazing aroma that I was taken back. I have never smelled such wonderfully smelling coffee in my 30 year quest for a good cup of Joe. Even my wife who wouldn't even touch espresso unless she just couldn't wake up that day now can't start her day without this stuff. I now go through a 2.5 lb bag a month of this coffee and can't see myself switching to anything else any time in the future. And just as an aside, the company is awesome as well. Very friendly, polite, and responsive. They even throw in little bags of their other fantastic products that they sell along with the orders. Do not deny yourself happiness and make sure you pick up a bag of this wonderful coffee!

Outstanding flavor, roasted to perfection reaching a dark toast without “drowning” the awesome notes that a Chiapas coffee offers (nutty notes, cinnamon, cane sugar). Just wished package was vacuum sealed since it is not sealed at all and was sent through regular postal service...

I just finished a whole bag (12 oz) of Mexico Dark coffee and my old brand (Starbucks) now tastes horrible in comparison. The coffee was very fresh, the beans fragrant and still oily (other coffees I've tried always have dry looking beans) but the best thing is the taste. This is by far the best coffee I've had as it leaves no bitter aftertaste and is not acidic. It does not hurt my stomach like Starbucks brand. I drink about 2 cups in the morning and then in the afternoon make delicious glass of iced coffee with the leftovers. It keeps me alert without a jittery feeling. I miss it already and I will try other flavors as well.

This is a really nice coffee for my Breville Barista Express (BES870XL). My measure of success is not only coffee flavor but the body and sturdiness of the crema. With this coffee, I'm able to find my pressure sweet spot that produces the crema I expect. It clings to the side of my cup and doesn't dissipate quickly like other coffees. I only make Americanos but I have no doubt this coffee can withstand anything you want to throw into it. However, I'm going stick with my PapaNicholas Italian Espresso because I think it's just a tad better in flavor and certainly has very sturdy crema at a much lower price.

This is one of the best coffees I have ever tried and I am so glad I found this company on Amazon. The aroma is absolutely amazing. Every morning when I wake up, I look forward to having my Mexican Dark Wild Coffee. This is also a very clean product and I love that the coffee beans smell so wonderful. I usually have my coffee black without any cream or sugar, so it's important that the coffee I drink is not too bitter or tasteless, and I feel the Mexican Dark has just the right amount of flavor, aroma and more importantly it's a great quality coffee.

I've searched high and low for a great coffee to make "bulletproof" coffee with. Most of them just don't have enough oomph to stand out against the other ingredients. This Mexican Dark roast is exceptionally flavorful and rich, and gives me the coffee flavor I've been looking for. I love that it's organic and low mold! If you love deep rich coffee flavor, this is the one for you!

I purchased this for my husband as a stocking stuffer. This coffee was a huge hit! It has great aroma and excellent flavor. There was no bitterness or acidity to it, just rich chocolatey flavor. I have purchased 3 other bags of coffee from this brand and have yet to be disappointed by them.
