Excellent. I like to make semi-homemade meals (don't measure)
Excellent. I like to make semi-homemade meals (don't measure). One pouch of Cincinnati; I use lean hamburg or good sausage. I add a couple dashes of turmeric, cumin and a smaller amount of curry powder. I use red kidney beans and the gold ones (? name). I add some chicken broth (make my own).If I have my own canned tomatoes, I add that if not, tomato sauce along with the juice from one of two cans of the kidney beans. Makes a decent size pot full. Serve over mashed potatoes or rice. YUM! Loved by all. I will never make the other chili I made all these years!

Amazing and delicious. Just like Skyline!
Omg!!! I wasn’t sure this would work but this is just like skyline chili!!! Read the reviews (thank you all) so I did what was suggested and followed the instructions. Don’t brown the meat! Just follow the directions and you will be as giddy as I am. And if I can do it so can you. Really delicious!!

A little salty, but tasty
I've never tried Cincinnati Chili before, and I was in for a treat. It is a very savory chili, not really hot, but delicious on a jumbo dog or with pasta and shredded cheese. I mix this with tomato paste and chopped onions, and it is really good, kind of tangy. The only problem is that this mix is very salty, so I don't think I will buy all the time. This mix will be an occasional purchase and serve as a change up to my regular chili recipe. Give the Cincinnati Recipe mix a try! You'll probably like it!

It was okay
Been wanting to try this for a long time, it was kind of spend for the one package but that was fine. My son and I didn’t care too much for it but my daughter loved it.

Arrived damaged; can't be returned
The item was punctured. I'm estimating 1/3 of it leaked out. I don't know if it can be salvaged. Ordinarily I would shrug it off but the item isn't eligible to be returned. So I may have just wasted 5+ bucks.

its was alright, saltier then others i have tried
The packet says to use 1 lb to a pound and a half of ground beef. I highly suggest 2 lbs!!! I used a pound and a half and it came out super salty!!! I do use two tablespoons of margarine to coat the noodles. but that shouldn't of had to much of a impact on the salt factor.
