Actually works to help clear up colds and congestion
A lot of gimmicks and whatever, suggestions of different vitamins and stuff to take if sick with no evidence. Do a google of Kaloba though and there is actual studies showing it does work to help clear up colds and congestion faster. We've been using it for us and kids the last year and especially if you start early at first sign of symptoms it helps to clear up much quicker.
