I love the black inlay in the desktop which will help avoid scars on the "wood". I found it fairly easy to assemble, the instructions were mostly very clear. I ended up not using the lock stoppers. Two drawers were hard to close at first, but after the initial "force" to get them in, they work fine now. Only twice did I need help from my husband (73) to help lift it and to help hold the drawers as I screwed the pieces together. As other customers stated - buy yourself some glue before you begin assembly. The product does not come with enough to meet the need. They really should include a small bottle. But that is an easy fix. The desk is very sturdy and it is very classy looking. I highly recommend this product. Sauder is a great company.

One problem was that after I built it I was unable to close one of the drawers more than half way. Apparently it was a little off one of the rails for the drawer after I put it together. I emailed and called the company, Sauder, and they were super nice and sent me a replacement rail. The other problem was that the lock wasn't turning all the way, and therefore would not work. To solve this I read that you have to make sure the drawers are *completely* closed when you try to lock it. Second problem solved. Overall a great desk in my opinion, and so so beautiful. We'll see how it stands to the test of time. And many thanks to Sauder customer service!

**Q: from the picture it looks like the side drawer on each side have six handles,  3 on each side, are there six drawers or are the lower one large?**
A: On the 402159 Heritage Hill Executive Desk, the left pedestal has a total of two file drawers.  Each drawer has the faux double drawer front.  The right side of has a file drawer at the bottom with the faux double drawer front.  It also includes two small drawers above it.

**Q: dimensions?**
A: The dimensions are really good, first I thought that I was getting a desk that would have filled the space that I've gotten in my apartment, the desk is as it has mentioned, "EXECUTIVE" which is big, posh, ideal for any kind of business and not to mention durable, I truly love this desk and you would too, good for big business, with lots of space, in short, it's more than what it has displayed.

**Q: does this desk have a wiring hub ?**
A: No hub.  It has a hole for wires in the center back of the desk.

**Q: What are the dimensions of the knee ot desk space?**
A: The knee space on the 402159 Heritage Hill Executive Desk is 25 1/8" high x 29 3/8" wide.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice desk

Nice looking desk. Heavy. Fits my 3 monitors. Instructions me areas. Not much glue included. Just the exact amount of screws so don't lose one. It was so heavy, we took the pieces out of the box on the porch and carried upstairs to assemble. One piece was slightly cracked. Not sure how with all the packaging so must have occurred at factory. Pros.. clear packaging of screws. Holes line up and fit exactly. It took a full day to put together.
