These lights were easily installed into the wall and look great. I only needed 3 of the 4 lights because they were so bright. In fact, they were a tad too bright so we installed them with a dimmer switch. You'll need to make friends with someone who is skilled at working with electricity and cutting holes into the wall if you arent a do-it-yourselfer or don't want to hire an Electrician. After they're installed bask in the warm glow from these stylish stair lights. They're a great bargain in comparison to the ones I've priced at my local hardware chain store too.

Replaced some older style interior stair lights with these. They look great and with 5 different light shades plus a dimmer option, you can configure this to any light temperature you need. They are great quality and have a really nice modern finish. Highly recommend.

I purchased these 2 years ago intending to use them on a job, the project was cancelled before it started, just installed them on my basement stair a few weeks ago they work wonderfully. Overall good appearance, very bright, I recommend installing a dimmer as they are startlingly bright and the light is not shielded as much as it is with other styles of step light.

I purchased these lights to replace 10-year old LED stair lights that were yellow and too dim to be very effective. These lights must be three or four times as bright, making them far more functional in a dark stairway. The color is much better, too. (LED's sure have come a long way in a decade!) The housing on one of the three lights sits perfectly flush with the wall, while the other two have small but insignificant gaps. Overall a very simple and cost-effective upgrade.

Added to our staircase and they are perfect. They blend in well and put out just enough light to make going up and down the stairs at night very safe.

I used them in a poured retaining wall/front patio application, they look fantastic and were easy to install and wire. I chose to mount them and then brick in next to them for a completely flush aethetic instead of having them out over the brick, the finish stood up very well to grouting and cleaning without a scratch. The cover mounts with four pressure clips which were frustrating at first, then I realized I could easily bend the receiver plate that the cover plate mounts to and the clips snapped in quickly and securely. Great product so far, they've been in use in the unfortunate pouring rain for about 6 weeks now and no issues at all.

It has caused short circuit and kinda blasted out from patio steps scaring me. And it tripped off circuit breaker and most of the lights are useless. I replaced it two times but same issue causing black out in some part of the house as that circuit breaker would not turn on until electrician came and remove all lights and did some rewiring and replaced them. Please think twice and be very careful before you do it for steps as once you have made grove in steps for particular size you can not use other size and being stone steps once wiring is done its tough to change it. Not sure if there is another brand can be used with same size. If there is I would try to avoid this brand.
