Very Very good wild rice and I have been eating wild rice most of my life from both Northern Wisconsin where I live and from Minnesota. It's all natural and very healthy for you. I can't say it any better than that. Buy it, you will love it!

I use for a smoked sausage wild rice corn chowder. One of my family's favorite soups! Nice flavor.

I first tried wild rice during my trip to Duluth, MN, and I enjoyed it so much that I decided to order some when I returned home. I usually cook with water. Wild rice pairs well with regular white rice, and it also makes a great addition to salads. I sometimes cook it with garlic, olive oil, salt, ans basil pesto together and the flavor is amazing!I plan to try other brands in the future and compare them with this one.

This takes about 1 hour to cook,and it tastes good kinda like oats.

I am from Iowa, just south of Minnesota and have long used rice from our northern neighbors. Now I live in Florida but I still use this hearty, healthy staple in many casseroles, dressings and just as a stand-alone side when made with chicken stock instead of water. It takes a bit longer to cook that white or brown rice but the taste, color and texture are a divine addition to any meal!
