SKROSS 1.3025 PRO World + USB Travel Adaptor with USB Charging Port (2400 mA)

Love this adapter as you can use it just about anywhere. I love the piece that comes off at the end. It made it very easy for me when I traveled to Germany as I didn't have to use the whole adapter - just that piece. We also stumbled on something from Europe at work here is the US that we needed to charge and this adapter worked great! I wish it came with a case for it, but other than that - it's definitely worth the money. One of my decisions to order this one was that it allowed for a 3-prong plug to be plugged in. So glad I went with this one. Works great!

This is an incredible device! It is perhaps appropriate that Skross is a Swiss company -- as this is the "Swiss Army Knife" of electric power adapters. An ingenious use of sliders enables one to have it function as a universal plug -- for the EU, UK, US, and China -- why it even (not surprisingly I guess) can create the out of step Swiss and Italian ones. On the outlet side it is equally versatile -- you can plug virtually any plug into its universal outlet. Lastly, it includes a separate adapter that can plug into the outlet side to get two 1 amp USB ports. No international traveler should leave home without this thing (:grin)

This travel adaptor seems a little bulky but not when you compare it to the space taken up by equivalent travel adaptor sets that buy to do the same thing. It also has an earth connection that extends directly through from the pins to the socket outlet which means it is safe (a plastic earth pin with an earth on the socket outlet is not. It also has a 2.1A USB charging facility which is good for charging to smart devices at the same time. Very pleased with it as it makes travelling to many different countries and using my laptop universal power supply in each of them very easy.

Very solid but my one complaint is that you cannot plug in a USB port and a regular plug at the same time. I wish the plug for the USB was not an adapter but part of the same unit. It is a tight fit to get both plugs into the little bag that comes with it. Very annoying. It is a bit heavy but works very well and fits most countries. This is the best one that I have owned.

This universal adapter worked perfectly for our trip to France and Switzerland. I had read reviews that some other adapters did not work well because the outlets in Switzerland are an odd shape and are recessed. This one worked fantastic, and it should, since it's made by a Swiss company! Even though they are more expensive and a little bulky, I am glad I bought two, since we frequently needed to charge/use multiple devices simultaneously (phones, cameras, FitBit, iPad, etc). Note: this is not a voltage converter, but an outlet adapter. For example, if you want to use a US hair dryer, you need a voltage converter also. But this is all you need for most phones, computers, cameras, and other small electronics. UPDATE: I should have mentioned that reports that Swiss plugs are "weird" shape and are recessed is true. This plug works great for them, but I've heard some other plugs have to be forced into them because they are the wrong shape.

I travel quite a bit and this appears to be the best universal adapter on the market. This is an upgrade from one I already have that works great. Europe (Switzerland/Italy ?) has two styles of plugs and most other adapters are only designed for one, but this one comes apart into 2 pieces and does both. This upgraded one also has a third piece with dual USB, which appears that it will work in either European plug.

i used it for travel but not good for arabic country but its quality good but its made in china ??

Used these in China and Japan. Worked perfectly. The unit is a bit large but worth it going to multiple countries. If going to a single country get a smaller unit just for that place. It is not that big. Now that I have it I won't ever have to wonder If I have the right plug. This does it all. It is very well built.

Danke Amazon: Der Adapter wurde wieder sehr schnell geliefert ! Der USB-Ladestecker kann als einzelne und unabhängige Einheit benutzt werden und liefert genügen Strom ( 2.1 A ) um ein Tablet zügig aufladen zu können. Was mich an der Pro-Variante gereizt hat, ist der erweiterte Länderbereich: Ich habe mir für meine letzte Reise zusätzlich ( leider sperrige ) Adapter zugelegt. Diese sind hier aber ideal integriert. Häufig findet man im Internet Adapter für bis zu 150 Länder - hier liegt man bei etwa 200 Länder. Da ich die Welt weiter bereisen werde, ist es für mich eine ideale Variante. Einfach in der Handhabung: Seitenfeld drücken, passenden Regler herunter schieben, einrasten lassen - fertig. Ergänzt ( SEHR selten ) wird der Stecker mit einer kostenlosen App in der veranschaulicht wird, welche Variante ich für welches Land benötige. Insgesamt macht das Gerät einen sehr soliden, stabilen, wertigen und sicheren Eindruck. Auch hier klare Empfehlung. Beeindruckend die solide Verarbeitung trotz des geringen Gewichts. Ich habe mal die einzelnen Komponenten gewogen - so kann man sich selbst ein Bild machen.

Lo compré para un viaje a EEUU y funciona de maravilla, muy versátil, tiene muchos tipos de conexiones y también para USB, la verdad es que estoy encantada!! Lo recomiendo encarecidamente!!

Après avoir essayé plusieurs autres adaptateurs de voyage, le seul que j'emporte partout est celui ci car il est permet vraiment de partir n'importe où dans le monde. Ses ports USB sont un net plus. Le système est astucieux avec des systèmes de loquets qui sécurisent l'adaptateur . C'est du solide et du costaud, seul revers de la médaille c'est lourd mais bon on peut pas tout avoir et en l’occurrence je préfère de loin avoir de la bonne qualité même fusse t elle plus lourde.

Me lo compre hace unos meses, pero hoy por fin me he decidido a escribir algo. Solo decir que es un gran adaptador, que es bastante versátil, y se puede utilizar en muchos países. Si estas en duda con otro adaptador, mi consejo es que compres este, ya que viene muy bien el enchufe con las dos conexiones de USB. Es grande pero entra en cualquier hueco de la maleta. YO ESTOY ENCANTADO CON ESTA COMPRA!!!.

Même si cet adaptateur ne résoudra pas tous les problèmes de prises dans le monde entier, il viendra à bout de la plupart d'entre eux. Il faut toutefois noter que la prise femelle européenne est une prise allemande (SchuKo) et non une prise française. Même si les deux sont assez similaires et souvent compatibles, elles sont différentes. La conséquence est que dans certains cas (utilisation d'une ancienne fiche mâle française "pure" et non d'une fiche CEE), la terre n'est pas connectée.
