Great and beautiful very fancy, but has a flaw... This is why Delta faucets are priced more. I purchased this valve and looks great and slick but when you open your sink or flush to toilet the hot water burns you. This valve does not have temperature control like Delta Fuacet valves.

I love the product! The Plumber said it was of good quality. Solid brass. Easy to install. I feel like I am in a hotel when taking a shower with this beautiful set.

Absolutely great stylish product, It was professionally installed they had no problem looks very nice and fresh and modern and a very nice brushed gold color

1) I really like this set. The brushed gold is exactly what we were wanting. 2) the product itself is heavy and well made, not plastic which is nice. 3) If youre going to buy this, keep in mind, matching other items to the color is proving difficult, in fact, i ended up buying a can of spray paint, "Rust-oleum American Accents aged brass" and spray painted a shelf to be the best match ive found. 4) i wanted to reiterate for anyone who might be buying this, put plenty of teflon tape on the threads because they arent exactly 1/2” tight so youll need the help. Also, instructions for it are terrible so i hope you have some knowledge of doing it already. It looks nice so ill let you know how it looks upon completion. 5) my wife always complains about our water pressure but the preassure from the head and wand are great and surprising for my water pressure. I tried to include a picture. Overall i really like the quality of this and would recommend it to others

Beautiful! Works great! The shower head had a small leak when we first put in in. Contacted the company and they sent the new piece out right away! Great customer service! I definitely recommend this product!

Indeed, the product looks good and it lasted for months, but after six months, the showerhead started leaking. Not from the bottom, although another defect is, the water comes out of the head and all sorts of directions instead of straight down. The bigger problem is the leaks are above the head and get worse. Now one year later, I have to completely replace it.You get what you pay for🥵

Did not used The contractor had one. However, it was made of a good quality, heavy metal.

Has been holding up with no discoloration.

Update Oct 07, 2020: seller quickly sent a replacement valve. Plumbers returned for Reno's in another bathroom and once completed this also fixed our issue below--turns out the product was not at fault. 6 months later product still looks and works great. Updated to 5 stars for both product & seller. The aesthetics of it is great. Do you know why the temperature doesn’t maintain when I turn it to warm? If I turn it on warm or all the way hot it starts warm/hot then goes cool almost right away, on it’s own. Happened for days now, bit frustrating. Anyone else have the same experience or have suggestions? We had a professional plumber install it.

This is a well made shower set with a beautiful brushed gold finish. The only problem is that the water pressure is quite low. Someone else said it was ok but I beg to differ. I still love it though
