Easily Customizable
If you find a good seamstress, you can have this vest sitting perfect ;)From beginning of Feb 2018 until May of 2019, worn mon-fri for 12 hour days without taking to the seamstress.Started at 25lbs, and after 5 days adding 10lbs every 4th day.If you're narrow like me (160 @ 5'11) Pad your Shoulders when you get over 35lbs or pay the price....That Pink Styrofoam used on/in shipping pallets that are like .25'' strips glued together? peel that apart until you find your comfort level, for me is 3 strips and you can slip that right into the shoulder flaps :)The seams on the shoulders begin to break round 40lbs and the Stomach velcro is not that tight, the vest does flap when running (especially the excess under the velcro in the front) & doing sit-ups the excess below the velcro will pinch your lower back.Just received the vest back after spending a few bucks on the seamstress, & well, I'm gonna be selfish & not post a pic because this one is mine! :DGonna go back to wearing it in November & maintain a 11 on 13 off schedule Mon-Fri for 6 months.So.Do it.Buy & get fit.Whether using a little or a lot.Just stick with it for at least 45 days of use. You'll be happy with your results (Provided you are stretching & being observant of your movements & acceptable pushed limit of range) :PThought to include that I wear while at work, about maybe 1.5 hours of sitting, rest of the day standing, pulling, pushing, & lifting nothing less than 25lbs & nothing greater than 310 (typical weight of 40 - 225)

Great purchase!
This product is amazing. For perspective, I'm a female. 5' 6", and i weigh roughly 155, with a muscular/athletic frame.I'm a personal trainer, lift weights, and do some pretty intense cardio, and I'm an avid hiker.I purchased the 40 lb adjustable vest, and it fits pretty well--the best I've worn. It's still slightly bulky, but that's to be expected to a certain degree, with 40 lbs hanging on you.I've worn it hiking, in group fitness classes, Anna during some body weight workouts (such as tabata, HIIT, etc), and let me tell you: this thing makes a difference.I purchased it to prepare for my climb up Mt Rainier next year, and I'm so glad i did! This is the perfect way to get used to the weight, without having to carry my huge pack into the gym, lol.I would definitely recommend this vest! The only reason i gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is because it's not machine washable.

Great weight vest for the price
Very happy with the purchase of the Perfect Fitness Weight Vest. There are probably better vests, but for well under $100, I think this is a solid choice. I purchased this primarily for my teenager who is using it along with a pull up/dip station for building strength and conditioning for wrestling. He's about 5'8" and 130 lbs and the vest fits him fine. I've used it as well and it fits my 6'1" and 195 lbs frame perfectly. The vest is easily adjustable via the velcro strap in the front. I really like the body armor design - fits well, it's relatively comfortable and it doesn't look like a bulky tactical vest. Shoulder padding seems adequate, and I like the softer sand weights included (versus metal) which makes the vest a little softer and more comfortable. We'll see how this vest holds up after months of use, but so far so good!

Shoulder padding is insufficient and uncomfortable
The weights are easily added or removed, but the shoulder padding is in the wrong spots. The vest puts a lot of pressure directly on your collar bones and is extremely uncomfortable for any duration. I can walk forever with a 40lbs pack, but I put this vest on and I can’t wait to get it off after a mile of walking.

Good vest
Better than the ones I wore in high school. Seems tough enough to hold up for a while. Glad I picked this one over others.

Great weight vest for the price!
So I've only owned this a couple of days, and I will update my review if I have any major problems.I'm 5'11" and about 250lbs. This vest fits me very well, with room to expand (although I hope not!) and also plenty of room to tighten it down. The 40lbs of additional weight is very significant and will up the ante of any workout you intend to do.It fits well enough for walking, for strength exercises, and for general movement. I would not recommend this for running or jogging though, as it will likely bounce around too much to make the run effective. My primary use is on a stair exercise routine and pushups, which it works well with.Don't underestimate 40lbs of resistance, this vest is heavy. I hope that the build quality holds up over time with such weight on the stitching. If it fails in under a year, I'll be disappointed and will update this review. If I get more than that out of it, at this price point, I'll still be happy with the product.

- Good quality. - Cheap for price
Pros:- Weight adjusts up to 40lbs.- Good quality.- Cheap for price.Cons:- Built more for big guys.- Torso is a little long for average to shorter people.Tip: Adjust the positioning of the shoulder strap when using. Move the entire vest up and forward or down and back. Just like if a shirt is too big or too small for better feel.

Great product, far better price than competition
I've used this 4 or 5 times now, it functions perfectly, and is much cheaper than some similar options. Great work out tool.

No es como esperaba
Las pesas son de arena, no metalicas como hace pensar al decir pesas " planas", el empaque estaba dañado, ( supongo por el propio peso es dificil maniobrar)
