This is the popcorn for me
Love the smaller kernels and have always preferred the taste and texture of white popcorn over yellow. With the right oil and a bit of sea salt, this popcorn is my favorite snack.

Good tasting popcorn, pops nicely
I have purchased tender white Wabash Valley Farms popcorn for years. I love the product for taste and consistency and will keep buying. However, I wish Amazon would improve how they ship it. It is not packed well for shipping and the bag usually ends up with a hole or holes in it and popcorn spilled in the box. I have had to ask for a new bag at least once because of the amount spilled out. The other times a little spilled out with most remaining in the bag so it is not really worth my time to go through the process of getting a new bag shipped. Amazon, please package differently so the bag of popcorn is not thrashing all over inside of the box.

Know what your doing.
I read the bad reviews usually and nothing much more. For those that can not make it pop to a mushroom state, have your oil at 400 degrees for GOD's sake.I knew about mushroom popcorn for years and the required 400 to make pop correctly. I wanted to make some snacks to go with my coated peanuts so here we go. I decided on this supplier, for the least amount of 1 star reviews.Package was delivered without holes, spillage etc.I read some one else used an air popper thought I would try that first. My air popper is an old one I do mean old, Orville Redenbacher stamped made in America. I let it heat up for a good 2 minutes prior to adding pop corn, presto mushroom kernels. Seeds left un-popped or slightly broke out of a 1/4 cup, less than a dozen. Kernels that did not form a nice mushroom, approx. 10%. With that result I have no problem recommending this, if you don't have the same results, its operator error! I will be trying the oil in sauce pan, and have my oil up to 400 degrees, and do expect even better results than air popping. For those that have issues with hulls if you pop it at the required temp they would have better fractures hence smaller particles. those that think this is dense well duh look at any chart of popcorn characteristics, this is meant to be coated. And with coating usually reheated in the oven drying it out and setting coatings giving a better crispy crunch and less dense. If you want a plain salted light and fluffy this is not a wise choice. you want a coated Carmel, cheese or chocolate coated corn this is it for the coating process, butterfly breaks up use the right corn for the right application please. Sorry about the picture, that's honey/Carmel with a bit of chili powder and I let it go a tad long, don't turn your back! lol. That is my first batch from an air popper. If you can't pop it correctly check your temps and your thermometers accuracy. I didn't even use oil or a thermometer and got it to pop.

Nothing special
I hate husks and thought I'd love this. It is okay. I'll eat it but won't reorder. The popcorn is just so small.

All popped
I bought this pop corn, Orville Redenbacher popping oil, and Elite Gourmet 3-quart electric popper. The result was great. These kernels make smaller popped corn and the hulls are small too. The 2-quart recipe (in the Elite Gourmet popper) was crunchy and warm. Just right. As in any corn popping device, the steam must be gotten out of the pop corn. I tossed it in the bowl to let steam escape.

Love this popcorn! It’s tender, tasty, delicious and almost every kernel pops every time.
I pop this popcorn almost every night. I love it that much.

Not extra large
I ordered this because I wanted the extra large kernels but these are not extra large. I have tried them four times and I have heated the oil first but they just make regular size popcorn

Lovew it
Some of the best tasting popcorn I have ever eaten. Cooks up the vast majority of kernels. Takes 4 minutes in the microwave popper for small batch in the glass popper also received from Amazon on a separate order.

The best popcorn but always out of stock
I've tried many on amazon and this one in my opinion tops them all, but sadly always seems to be out of stock.

Broken bag
There was a hole in the bag and the popcorn was laying in the bottom of the box

Small And Fluffy
I have a must be over 40 yrs old popcorn popper, had it since I was a kid. Still pops really nice. The kernels pop up really nice small and fluffy popcorn. Taste good. I get maybe a handful of kernels that don't pop. I'm happy overall because the regular kind of white popcorn I use to buy wasn't hull-less and had more than a handful of inedible popcorn. This one is really good, taste good, pops up good, not much inedible kernels leftover and I don't get very much hard hulls that dangerous to my teeth. This kind of popcorn will be a regular purchase for me from now on.

Always too dry
I've ordered this product a couple of times many months apart and both times the popcorn was too dry and did not pop well. at least 30% more un-popped kernels than the other flavors sold by Wabash. The ones that did pop were crunchy and slightly sweet as they should be and quite delicious. I'd either like to see a reduction on price for the Blue variety or an increase in the volume of the popcorn in the bag (for the same price) or more consistently popping in line with the other popcorn available from Wabash. I also tried the Amish blue variety and it was unsurprisingly worse than the Wabash because of the unsealed bags they use.I will order again because what does pop tastes great but I can't give 5 stars until I get consistent yields.

Tasted Great But Only got 2/3s of a Bag :0(
Hole in bag lost 1/3 of the bag. Awesome to eat no hard pieces caught in my gums or teeth. Pairs amazingly with the Theatre Butter Salt in the 1Lt cartons. Use coconut oil. ONLY. For best results. Buttered or Plain Coconut Oil.
