Flavorful product use it as a base seasoning then come back with another seasoning of your choice ( I make my own seasoning blends) if you want to marinate use two teaspoons of this seasoning and 2 tablespoons of a neutral oil

I’m Jamaican and yes it really and authentic . Could be cheaper lol but its served good length of time. Great seasoning to put of your food

The Caribbean seasoning is a fine addition to flavoring our food, especially meat. I have used it both at the stove and outdoor grilling. My one complaint is that because of its powdery consistency, it is difficult to get it out of the container.

Really good all purpose and can be used in a variety of cooking.

My cousin introduced this to me while on vacation. He made some delicious grilled chicken and everyone was asking what seasoning he used. This was it! That's all!. His wife told me it's "Crack seasoning"!! LOL She was not lying-- I came back to CA and got it. Very very good flavor on many of various foods.
