Very nice file set. This is my second set.

The working area of these files is around 3". One handle arrived chipped and cracked. Absolutely no marking as to where they were made. Poor quality....I returned mine.

I almost pulled the trigger on these until I did more research on where these were made. These are made in India. Pass-

Die Feilen an sich sind super. Selbst gehärtetes Metall lässt sich gut feilen und die Haltbarkeit der Feile an sich lässt nicht nach, Stahlwille halt. Griffe sind etwas unergonomisch, aber sind fest verbunden, lösen und wackeln nicht. Für den Preis unschlagbar. Auch die mitgelieferte Tasche ist gut verarbeitet und franst nicht aus

Not the quality I would expect from this manufacturer

Stahlwille - Made in Germany - I don't think so , not at this price ! It is a nice little file set and very handy , HOWEVER the overall finish is not the usual Stahwille standard except for the carry pouch . Nowhere on the files or pouch does it say " Made in Germany " , the files are also NOT stamped " Stahlwille " as I have seen on some of the older sets , as best as I could ascertain these files are Made in India ! Still seem to work O.K. though .
