This item is just what I was looking for. It's attractive and sturdy, but I agree with one reviewer that the wheels could be improved upon. The only negative thing was the assemblying of the shelf at the factory for packaging. The nuts to attach the wheels were not in the small zipped bag. One nut was attached to a screw holding one expandable side, one was loose in the larger plastic bag, and two were found loose in the box it was packaged in. Another irritation was that I was not able to pull out the expandable the sides very easily. I actually had to place it on the floor, weighing it down with one foot and lift up. I later realized that the all the "fingers" of the expandable sides were not all on the same side; some were under the main part of the shelf. This had to have occurred at the factory assembly line. The basket itself is sturdy enough for the items I have placed on it, and I would purchase one again, knowing to look for all the nuts. But the J.A. Marketing needs to have better quality control in the area I commented on.

Hold soda cans under my antique cupboard.
I’m trying to put to use every possible space in my kitchen—I’m sure I don’t need to explain why. One place I thought could accommodate some storage was the space underneath my antique Hoosier-like cupboard. When I measured, I found there is about 35” space between the front legs of the cupboard, 18” depth to the wall behind it, and a minimum of 5½ inches of height below the curved bottom trim. After receiving these 2 roll-outs, we put them together quite easily and placed both beneath the antique cupboard. One roll-out was left at its minimum width—16 inches, while we expanded the other to about 18 inches. I was able to fit 3 columns of 12 ounce aluminum soda cans in the narrower unit, and 4 columns in the wider one. The 18” depth of these units allows six cans per column, meaning together they hold 42 soda cans. The height for the units plus the soda cans is perfect—these readily roll out and back under the cupboard. They’re doing a good job and I’m pleased with this purchase.

For $60, it's not worth it!
I have looked at several options as a pull out source for the bottom of my pantry as I have a few large bags of flour, sugar, salt, rice, beans..etc. This item had what I thought I was looking for, which was basically keeping food off the floor and having a way to slide the items out for use when needed. When I saw the picture of what this rack indeed was supposed to hold, I was sold. For $60 it has to be strong, and the pic has a watermelon, big bag of onions, bag of potatoes, 5lbs of sugar....surely this is sturdy, right? Wrong. Item is infinitely smaller than it seems, even expanded to it's fullest size. The caster wheels are cheap plastic and the metal bows down when heavy items are placed in the basket. The "wings" that expand bow down too so all heavier items need to be in the middle portion. Too much of a hassle to return so I am keeping it, but please find another product for this price. I think $30 tops would be a fair price for this, and I'm being generous.

Great Idea!
My pantry is not a walk-in but is deep. When I saw this I knew it was the solution to finding things that were on the floor in the back of the pantry. This was easy to put together and I was thrilled. When I put it in the pantry the pantry doors wouldn't close because of the depth of the shelf on wheels. The problem was that the handle stuck out a little too much. Not a problem because all I did was take the handle off the shelf. Even without the handle the shelf is still very easy to move. I love it! This item is great because I don't need to get down on my hands and knees to find things.

Good quality, good functionality
I am pleased with this product. I bought it because as I get older it is harder and harder to stoop down to pull things out from under the bottom shelf in my pantry. This works beautifully. It is basically a shallow basket with multidirectional wheels that make it easy to roll in and out of my pantry, and has sides that are tall enough to keep things from falling off. If I am having a bad day with my back, I can use my Golden Arm Retriever to pull it out because it rolls so easily. Together these two products have saved me a great deal of back strain. I am thinking of buying several more of these expandable shelves to go under my bed to hold my shoes.

Not happy. Maybe if this was $25 or even $30 ...
Very disappointing. Not at all worth $50. I could not for the life of me get the nuts off the wheels and had to add different nuts to attach the wheels to the shelf. The wheels don't roll at all. I don't know if it's because of those nuts or that I actually put things on the shelf. This thing can not handle the weight they claim it can (from the picture). Not happy. Maybe if this was $25 or even $30 I would have not felt so cheated. Also, it doesn't look the same as the picture. smh I only gave it 3 stars because it does keep my overflow groceries off the floor.

Sturdy strong rack.
Product is sturdy and holds a good amount of weight. Liked it being adjustable but would like the handle to be on other side from where it is intended to be. Had my husband change where it was. It rolls around well when I pull it out.

Perfect for Le Cruset owners
My Le Cruset big a$$ pots are on the floor of my pantry and stuff is always in the way of me just doing a simple pick it up move because I first have to pull them out from under the shelf to the floor first. They weigh a ton, I have a bad back, tendonitis in my right hand..I love this thing, pull out the shelf with my toe and there's my Dutch ovens and I just pick one up and easily slide the rack right back into my pantry.
