Got this thing to hang a skateboard on my wall because I don’t know how to skate but wanted people to think I do! So I ordered this and sure enough everyone is like “dude you skate?” I am like “does someone who doesn’t skate hang boards on their wall”! Worked like a charm!

It's great that this is a product, but the hardware needs updating. It's ridiculous that it requires drilling into a deck. Imagine having to cut the top off of a trading card or a sports card to fit a case or tearing a sports jersey just to be able to hang it.Furthermore, even when drilling, the back of my deck cracked when I tried to push through the hardware.

I bought a skateboard deck with the intention of mounting it on the wall in my office. Unfortunately I didn't think about how I would do that. Luckily there's a bunch of products available with a simple google search. The sk8ology mount looked like the best bet, and the price was right, so I bought one.From the pics, you'd think this thing would be really flimsy, and the board would hang with a lot of play. Nope, not at all. It's quite solid and holds well. The black nut/sleeves on each mounting bolt are reversible, so you can either just slide the board onto the sleeves so you can pull it down anytime you want, or reverse them so they'd need to be unscrewed to be removed. Nice design.I can easily give this 5 stars.

This is an easy tool to use to hang boards, simple as that. It's something that you no doubt want to pick up and use if you want to put boards on display. I have four of them, and plan on getting more. Simple to use, looks great, and holds boards, what else can you want? It's a great tool and I love it.

I love how minimal and sleek this product looks, while keeping the board just the right distance from the wall.All of the hardware included feels great, sturdy and well made. I've recommended them to quite a few people and in the 2 years since I've ordered the product, I've had to move houses multiple times (therefore resetting this product multiple times) and it continues to hold up without a hitch.However, the only thing holding this back from a 5-star review, would be that the screws that go through the board are a little large. While they fit 3 of my boards, they would not fit the other three. While drilling out some of the boards holes wasn't a problem, I have a few boards that are quite rare and couldn't possibly drill out.This may be a 'I wish the industry had a standard board hole size' problem, but I have to wonder how the Sk8ology hasn't come across this problem and created a second, smaller screw set for just these types of issues.Still, absolutely love the product and hope to buy more in the future!

Super easy installation. Just as long as you drill them into the stud, it is very sturdy. It makes for a good display for skateboards. Only need to buy one, no need to install a 2nd hanger on the bottom
