Integrated Korean: Advanced 1 (KLEAR Textbooks in Korean Language, 15)

This text and its companion text ( Integrated Korean: Advanced 2 (Klear Textbooks in Korean Language) ) offer a variety of native texts with which to supplement one's learning. The vocabulary and grammar explanations are well-chosen and useful in preparing for the TOPIK exam (levels 4~6).My only problem with the text is that the grammar explanations are too brief. One must do a bit of outside study to fully grasp the grammar points given. This can also be perceived as a good thing, however.I wholeheartedly recommend this text to people who are serious about learning the Korean language.

I really enjoy these textbooks. The information is a bit outdated, but overall a great tool for classroom study of Korean. Sometimes it is beneficial to read articles from Korean in the 1980s!

Pour avoir acheté et complété presque tous les niveaux de Integrated Korean je dois dire que ces livres rendent l'apprentissage du coréen assez fastidieux. Ils sont certes très complets mais il n'y a que peu d'images, de très longs textes et des explications grammaticales pas toujours très pertinentes par rapport au niveau du livre. Les textes sont vieux et ne reflètent pas les situations quotidiennes actuelles (on parle encore de l'utilisation du bipper ou de l’arrivée des téléphones portables). Bref il faut s'armer de courage pour compléter ces livres assez gros (+ le livre d'exercice au moins aussi épais) surtout si l'on apprend en autodidacte.
