Failed after very little use, junk.
I ordered this 8 or 9 months ago. It was about 3 months before it was installed, it worked as advertised initially. I have 3 Dodge Ram trucks, so this one got very little use ( maybe put 2000 klms on it ), but I decided to drive this one for the winter. Last week we got some snow, I had to pull my son out who was stuck. I put it in 4 low, pulled my son free, and it decided to stay in 4 low. It would not shift out of it. We pulled the encoder out and put it in another truck, and it refused to work there also. After contacting the seller I was refused a refund or replacement. READ THE FINE PRINT, lots of other sellers offer a 1 year guaranty. Buy there.
