Bottom line is that the ignition switch fit into the position perfectly, no problem to set the gap, even though no gapping device was supplied. The shutoff switch wire attachment was in a different position than the original, making me take a little longer to install. I had to reposition the wire, this wire is attached to the engine and is not a component of this switch, but once I re-positioned the wire to get more slack, it connected perfectly and the engine started right up after reassembling the remainder of the components, removed to install the ignition. The ignition switch appears to be of good quality and has been working fine since installation (about a month)

Fit and works on a John Deere D105. I had to reroute the deadman switch wire slightly, and re-use the old spark plug boot, but the quality seems good. Fixed the mower. The price was good. If it lasts, then I would consider it 5 stars.

Seemd to work well and looks to be well made. Silicone lube or even a little dawn on your spark plug cable will make it easier to slide on your old boot.
