Very good product.
Very good product. I prefer this for my manhattan.

An excellent orange flavored mixer
Works nicely when mixed with tonic or fizzy water. Sweeter than traditional bitters, so be aware of that when mixing. But it has an excellent orange flavor. This has become a staple ingredient in my cocktail/mocktail bar.

Dry January suggestion
I don't drink alchohol so this is great in cocktails. For those who participate in dry January this makes a wonderful alternative for booze free drinks. Currently I am drinking sparkling coconut water with lime zest, squeeze of lime and an ounce or less of blood orange bitters (alchohol free) Stirrings.

Misnomer?
There is a bit of a misnomer here, in my opinion. Yes, this is called bitters, and yes, this concoction makes a good faux Old Fashioned, but it is not what most people think of when they think of bitters, i.e. Angostura bitters or Fee Brothers. It's more of a non-alcoholic digestive bitters if it's anything. Essentially, it is a syrupy flavoring to mix with bourbon or rye. It is very sweet, too sweet, actually. It's good, but it's not what I was expecting when I saw the word bitters. It turned out to be a good experience, but I don't know if I would order again, unless looking for an orange syrup.

Ridiculously Large!
Wow. This bottle is HUGE. My normal orange bitters and regular bitters are just 2-3 ounces and cost nearly $10 each. A third one was $5-6 and about 2-3 ounces, but holy dang for $11 you get 12 oz! This will almost last forever even though I make a manhattan or old fashioned maybe 1-5x a week. Taste is fine. Nothing too special. About what i have had with other blood orange bitters. It was just slightly less tasty than others, but they were anywhere from $12-$30 for 2-3 ounces. Thus, I think if you look at the overall value then it is a 5 star product! If you use a 3:1 proportion of bourbon/rye to other stuff in your drink then you can't even really taste the difference between this and the super expensive stuff.

Not Typical Bitters
This is a large bottle (size of a ketchup bottle) and not typical bitters, but more like a flavoring. Smells similar to Orange soda pop. Flavor is decent, but these are not typical bar bitters. Also requires refrigeration after opening.
