WindNSun Butterfly Nylon Kite, 32 Inches Wide

I ordered this kite to use in our Easter Procession at church. Using a long, telescopic pole, the attached butterfly would "fly" over the congregation as a symbol of the Resurrection and rebirth. The kite was just the right size and had a butterfly shape - not a kite shape - to it. It is not a particularly sturdy item, but I was only going to use it indoors. Needless to say, due to the Covid 19 quarantine, we did not have service in person on Easter Sunday, but had an online service in an empty church with a processional and someone soaring the butterfly over empty pews. II was well received by the online worshippers. I'd buy this again!

Seems to work as it should, though my husband did say it was harder to get to fly than other kites we have tried.

I bought this and it is so pretty. I was flying it at a park and a little girl just kept watching so I let her fly it. It is nice because it has two different loops to use for light or heavy wind. Very easy assembly and the strings at the end are a plus!

This kite is wonderful! The first day that we took it out had no discernable breeze; we just planned on running it up and down the beach. Imagine our surprise when it flew without any apparent air flow. The next time that we went out was quite windy, and both our five year old and our two year old flew it with ease. This kite could not be better for kids. We love it!(In the photo, they are running just for fun.)

I truly like writing reviews praising products-but in this instance it's impossible.-Nothing is more frustrating than buying a kite that just doesn't fly. I am suspect of so many positive reviews, I am very good at flying kites-and even though I saw some reviews that this kite does not fly-I trusted that it would-and because it looked so beautiful I bought it. Well, even though the "this kite does not fly" reviews are in the minority-unfortunately they are the reality of this product. How I would love to see this fly. This kite is beautiful-I love Monarch butterflies-but this is a Monarch butterfly that could be a decorative wall piece, but I purchased it so it would fly like a kite-and when I flew it over the water where I live, it more represented a submarine. ~I am frustrated because the first place it landed was on my neighbor's roof and I had to get an extension ladder to get it off. Then I tried flying it over the water-in every instance, trying every trick to get it to fly-nothing worked.

Beautiful kite. I just got it, have not flown it yet. The width is 30". A little shorter than I thought in height. A bit small. The 30" is across the top wing span. Well made and easy to put together. Very pretty!

Bought this item to use for garden art. Very easy to assemble, and appears to be very durable.

We took this kite to the beach and used it on several windy days. It worked great! Went right up and stayed up. It looked great in the sky at different heights. Can't be beat for the price. The tails are very long, though, I can see them getting tangled/ripped easily if you don't take care to wrap them up after each use.
