We ordered this mattress as a replacement for our RV mattress. When it arrived, it was packaged well. Once we had the box in the RV, we unpacked it. There was a little bit of an odor initially however this quickly dissipated. We gave it 72 hours to fully expand (it was probably fully expanded prior to that but we didn't check on it until then.) It is medium firmness and provides good support. It should work well with our bad backs. It is comfortable and well made. We wanted a good mattress that was made in the USA and we found one!

This mattress was bought for my RV to replace my worn out one. Packaging was in a sturdy box. Mattress wrapped tightly with plastic wrap. It was very easy for me to unwrap. I did it by myself; even lifting it onto the bed. I was careful to make sure the mattress was placed tight in the corners at the head of the bed. It fit perfectly. Just like it was made for the RV. The mattress is beautiful. I did buy a cover for it. I waited 24 hours plus before I tried it out. I absolutely loved it. Soft feel but conformed to my body. I slept better on this matt ress than I do in my home bed. You won’t be disappointed.

We've had our motorhome for 13 years and I have gotten to the point that I really don't want to camp due to the back and hip pain I get from the bed. I couldn't sleep thru night because I was so uncomfortable. I'm guessing the mattress was the original and 20 years old. We replaced it with this mattress 1 day before a planned week long and it was the greatest decision made. Soooo comfortable! I slept like a log the whole week. No pain! I was a little fearful that it would hold the heat but that wasn't the case at all. Highly suggest if you haven't replaced your original mattress yet.

a little firmer than expected but i sleep cool now and dont sweat. was only mattress without bad reviews for fiberglass casing falling apart and poking fiberglass through outer casing because they dont use fiberglass. for the cost would 100% purchase again

I am ecstatic I purchased a mattress from American Mattress Company. The entire process went smooth and the product is top quality. I ordered a custom queen for a Ram Promaster with specific dimensions. After opening the packaging and letting it acclimate the fit and dimensions were perfect. I was impressed with the density and quality of the material. I did a lot of research and the majority of manufacturers have fiberglass inside. American Mattress Company products are free of fiberglass an made in the U.S.A.. I highly recommend this company and will personally be using them again.

was looking for memory foam mattress made in america and this one is!! Ordered for my travel trailer because the one that came with the trailer was hard as a rock. Ordered the queen regular size because my hubby is tall so we had to modify the bed to make it 6 inches longer. Minimal ordor after unpacking and no order by next day. Really looking forward to sleeping on this for many camping trips!!! So comfy that I don't think I will need a topper. Very happy!!!

Mattress arrived on time and was easy to unpack, I then measured it and it was on the short side as expected before it fully expended. It took 2-3 days to fully air out the smell and expend, however after I checked the size again it was still short coming to 72 inches in length. I decided to wait a few more days and check the length again only to be disappointed and still got the same results. Other than length being on the short end by 3 inches everything about the bed is fantastic, its comfortable and fits where I needed it to fit. Overall I'm satisfied with my mattress.

This mattress arrived quickly ! It smells at first but know it will soon dissipate . The original mattress that came with my camper was a piece of crap so I HAD to get a better one. Very comfortable , and my puppy Finneas approves this review :D
