Hi are these quite heavy? I wouldn't want them to blow over in the garden all the time?

They do blow over when strong wind, so I put stones in pot and that helped.

Is this plastic for outside use?

You could put this outside maybe on a covered porch, yes. Out in the full sun I think it would fade eventually.

Is it 43" standing straight upright? How tall is it when the leaves are realistically bent?

mine is as high as 46” I believe at it’s highest leaf. I leave one almost straight up and then from there bend others down... the next level is about 36” or 3 feet .... all measured from the floor....
