What are the dimensions of this case ??

I bought 2 cases and this is the smaller of the 2. It is 3 3/4 high by 2 1/2 across & 1/2 inch thick. It was big enough for money and I.D. I do not have the larger one but it was too big. It was awkward. This case worked great. I hope this helps

Is strap long enough to wear around neck?

Yes the lanyard is meant to wear around the neck, to easily keep holder safely on your chest.

Will this work for body surfing.... even if i eat-it, in big waves? :

I live on Maui and use it all the time In water, scuba, body surfing, in pools etc... and no issues. You will want to make sure it’s secure in your pocket or wherever you put it of course.
