Caution~ HOT....hOT ... and still very very Good! I share my 4 jars with friends each one have contact me to get a jars of their own.. so far I have sent a total of 18 jar to friends and family .. Best Maid Xtreme Hot Pickle Bitez (red top) VERY GOOD AND HOT! they are also good on sandwiches and almost to hot when you eating them alone, (water, milk, bread, soda, doesn't work to take away the HOT) leaving only shaking my head with runny nose, asking myself Why do I do myself this way......BECAUSE THEY ARE SOOOO GOOD!!,,,,,, the other Xtreme with the "yellow top sou"r taste like a sour pickle no kick of hot.. the dill Hot Pickle Bitez ... red top has crunchy texture, just thinking about them makes my mouth water, I have 3 jars next to me now 2 jars for both of my brother-In Laws who lives North Carolina and 1 for my daughter who's in Maryville TN they live in states that does not sell these pickles .. I will have to start sending jars out COD the postage is adding up.. In short I love these Pickles

I'm amazed to say these are almost too hot!!! But they are also flavorful. I was told they were not crisp, but I'm finding mine pretty crisp also. Note that they are not at all sweet, I have seen sweet hot pickles elsewhere and I'm not a sweet pickle person. I recommend having some cucumbers or green pepper slices available to eat immediately afterward. Love these, but can only eat two little slices at once. I love the sour more, but I still love these guys.

There is no warmth. These are extra sour pickle slices, cold, and crisp. More sour than a lemon. Yum! You only get flavor like this in Texas. (my home state). I hope they start selling these again soon. I am on the fourth jar now.

These are hot!! Give you hiccups hot! Thrse are sliced pickles (like hamburger pickles) which I didn’t realize when I bought them. That’s probably on me but in case you are looking for spears this is not it. They have good flavor and are extremely hot.

These are great tasting hot pickles. Strong dill flavor and quite salty which I like.These remind me of the hot pickles I used to eat growing up, but these are pickle slices, not whole pickles.I wish they had hot small whole pickles available also, but these are the best I’ve found in the U.S.Really good!

At 60 yrs old I've got a lot of flavor sampling history, much of which is disappointment. In fact, the local food grocers in my area don't even attempt to offer a Sour Pickle option to the kosher choices. Dill yes, but not Sour and there is a big difference. I believe Best Maid has provided an excellent old time FULL SOUR pickle flavor for us to enjoy in a world populated primarily by kosher choices. I admit to being leery of purchasing a larger quantity food item on the internet in order to get a sample but I'm very pleased with the result. I believe this product should be readily available via retailers everywhere instead of requiring a diligent and persistent internet searching experience complete with shipping costs.

A nice gradual build of heat. One or two has a decent bite but if you continue down that path the burn sticks around for awhile. Good right out of the jar but I enjoyed them equally on sandwiches and hamburgers. I'll probably get another batch around Thanksgiving and make a spicy chicken salad with jalapenos.

These pickles are horrible. Not sour. Very salty and will never buy again. Waste of money. Very dissatisfied.
