Works great
Writhed great to clean up inside corners after cutting tile with a tile saw

No miracles but gets the job done
It cuts through the ceramic tiles. It struggles, it needs to be kept wet, it is slow to do so, it causes chips in the surface but it gets the job done. If all you need to do is to widen the hole just a bit to fit that pipe through the tile or make some odd shape that will have the edge covered with a trim this is the way to go. Just keep your expectations reasonable - it ain't no wet saw or even diamond blade on angle grinder. I've made a total of about 12-14 inches of cuts in pretty hard tiles so far and it still holds - keep it cool (watered) to make it last.

EXCELLENT BLADE
This Jig Saw Blade works perfectly on Ceramic Tile. You'll need to take it a little slow, especially on thin Tile; Otherwise the Tile could Crack if you try to rush it. I'm very pleased with it. Cut on the top side of the Tile or it will be more likely to crack. It leaves a perfectly SMOOTH cut.

DIYer using blade for cutting ceramic tile with jigsaw
I am a non-professional using this blade for cutting ceramic tile with a jigsaw. I do not own a wet saw. I have been using this blade to make more precise cuts than a manual tile cutter or nippers can make. It cuts fairly smoothly with minor chips on the tile surface. There is less chipping on the tile surface than using an angle grinder, but I don't have a porcelain saw blade for the grinder. I've experimented with this blade by with cutting the tile slowly, using a light spray of water on the blade to keep it cool, and cutting dry. The blade seems fine using any of these three methods. I have only used it for ceramic tile, not porcelain. If I do another tiling project, I'd consider getting a wet saw or a porcelain blade for the angle grinder. Ultimately, the jigsaw is a bit fussy and slow to use for tile. The blade itself seems good so far.
