Pocket Door 3- Wheel Ball Bearing Soft Close and Soft Open

My clients enjoy this feature. Easy to install. But, like everything else, starting to get a little pricey.

I typically don't write bad reviews. But I bought 14 of these for a custom house. L E Johnson was out of stock and had a long lead time. I actually thought they were Johnson soft closers at first that this supplier had in stock.Once these were installed all but a couple were noisy, and didn't catch until late for the soft close function.They are cheaper but perform very poorly. Spend the extra 10% and make sure to by the Johnson brand product.

I never write reviews. These are garbage knock-offs. Not Johnson products. Look closely when purchasing. I wasn't looking for a good price I just saw two in a kit and bough them. Not until I was installing them did I realize the Johnson logo missing from their hardware then the fact that they used Johnsons document without their name anywhere. These are noisier and dont seem to function quick as well as the Johnson soft close I have on other doors. Amazon and their knock-off hack sellers strike again. Buyer beware...
