Craft and Party Silver 2mm x 100 Yards Rattail Satin Nylon Trim Cord Chinese Knot

This cord is good looking and strong. My husband is going to use it for his boot laces instead of expensive leather shoe laces. But the real reason I purchased this cording is for my crocheting. The cording is approximately the same diameter as #4 worsted weight yarn. And it works up beautifully and is so easy to work with.

Lots of high quality nylon roping. Make sure you look at the size, as the different sizes can make a difference with your projects. If you are planning on tying these together, the knot you use to tie your shoes will slip out as it does with all nylon rope so either be prepared for that or use a simple simon under knot (can be found on youtube).

It was what I wanted; but, it was shipped in a poly mailer and the spool was broken.

This is the first time I've used rattail. I tried it on macramé project. Works very nicely for small projects. Good for jewelry because it's so soft. So far, it doesn't seem to fray much. The silver is very pretty! I thought the price was pretty good, too for 100 yards.

Nice rattail color. Hope it matches my fabric as I plan to make a kumihimo braid to use as trim. Roll has enough rattail for a few projects at an affordable cost.
