Reaper Warlord: Wood Elf Sergeant

Great metal cast miniature that stands 1.5 in tall. Bow is slightly thin and can bend but is still an exeptional miniature with good details

The piece is pewter, so its easy to correct any bending in the bow. The piece has a simple beauty to it. From behind the clock flows nicely and in the front the tunic appears plain. There are plenty if opportunities to paint on fine detail between the hidden chainmail and the touches on the weapons.

The product itself is an amazing mini. Good detail, strong metal material (which it needs considering the poor protection with the packaging), and the perfect size and weight. This is my third Reaper mini, and I must say they are quickly becoming my favorites. As stated by others, the picture is a bit more deceiving, leading you to believe it is one piece with a solid metal base. The mini itself is metal with an insert at the bottom you place into a black plastic base. The hole for the insert itself is a bit larger than needed, giving a slight wobble to the mini. Though not enough to cause it to fall, a slight annoyance for a picky player. I fixed this with a bit of molding putty and filed off the excessafter drying. Overall, a great product with very few complaints.

Purchased this for a D&D game. It took paint well (after priming) and revealed the models rich details. Good product and an even better price!Note: you will want to keep this in a protective box of some kind. The bow is thin bends very easily.

Miniature arrived perfectly on time (Prime 2 Day). Mini is all metal construction, exactly as shown in picture. Base is made of plastic and miniature fits loosely into base, an option would be to glue it after painting unless you like to take it down after use. Packaging that it came in is simple in design, but typical for these, don't expect lavish high dollar packaging for a miniature unless it's $70.*Warning: Be careful with top side of bow it is delicate and can break off.*

No clean up, little adjustment in the bow and right to painting! The tip of the cape is bent in but looks like it supposed to be that way!

Excellent price for the figure! Nice and heavy... only thing missing would have been a permanent metal base as well.
