Q: Is the insert of the line metal?

Each line is meant to have a core, one of mine did, the other didn’t and kept snapping. They weren’t interested in addressing my complaint. Steer clear.

Q: How much wet washing weight could this hold?

I know we have put a couple of washing machine loads on it with heavy duvet covers. Supported with a couple of washing poles we have had no issues. Its often filled with the 2 lines out and we have had no problems.

Q: How far does the unit stick out from the wall once it's mounted?

When not in use and folded back to the wall it is 12cm and when folded out and in use it is 27cm.

Q: What size drill bits do i need to fit this? It's not on the instructions.

I used my own wall plugs with a 7mm drill
