TERRIBLE CHOICE
Been using Cafe Du Monde for years, but since I couldn't get it I substituted Mam PaPauls's. The dough feels like it's 80 % sugar and it fall apart when you try to transfer it to the oil. Due to the high sugar content, it burns very quickly. Hardly any rise to the dough. Never again. And by the way, it's cost per serving is way higher than Cafe Du Monde.
