this was inexpensive and it seems easy to use but the instructions were not very good. There seems to be way to take it apart to clean it which would make it a breeding ground for bacteria

I’m still trying to figure this out, can’t figure how to increase the resistance, maybe a video would help.

I keep experiencing personal bests with my cardio. I'm on the exercise bike 2 of every 3 days and this little device has helped me break through a plateau. Easy enough to do while checking email or some other activity, so no additional time in my day. I have been coughing a little more which I suppose is a 'side effect' but well worth it.

The exerciser was difficult to adjust. It must be taken apart and cleaned after each use.

More of a breathing workout than I thought

this device is very affordable, and works just as well as more expensive devices i have.

I bought it in advance of a trip to Peru where I was planning to be at elevation most of the trip (6000 - 12,000ft). Since I live at sea level and don't get to the mountains I wanted to do everything to help with living at altitude for 3 weeks. I assume it helped. I used this and diamox, I also got hiking at altitude about 8 times before my trip..... I have to imagine it all helps. Not sure how much this helped among all the stuff I did in prep. worth a try.

Purchased this item before I went in the hospital for a procedure on my lungs. I was hoping to use it when I began recovery. When I opened the product and followed the directions I noticed that the ball was missing to regulate intensity. The company said that due to the fact that the product was more than 30 days old that there was nothing they could do. I was not seeking a return. I just wanted the part to make it work. Disappointed. I am now going to purchase a similar device from a competitor.
