For me, they are hard to swallow due to their size. Easier to swallow if I snap them in half and swallow each half with a gulp of water. Ive only had them for a week so too early to say if they're having any effect. I have high hopes though due to other choline reviews.

I read a few reviews and quite a few mentioned the size of the tablets but I did not take the advice given and ordered them. When they arrived I could see what they meant, the tablets were huge. I tried to use them but gave up and threw them away. A complete waste of money.

I had to use a pill crusher. I have no problem swallowing large pills but these are enormous. Can you make the tablet smaller with less filler?

I nearly died from it, it’s not easy to swallow, it’s large and it stuck in my throat and I couldn’t move it in or out as the pill doesn’t have any smooth coating. Make sure, cut it on the half before to take it.

Tablets large and chalky and a lot were broken in the bag,if you have problems swallowing tablets I would avoid,however if you don't, great value.
