As a very short person (5 foot, 0 inches), it's very hard to find a back support that works with me. I also have a spine injury that doesn't like a lot of pressure. Most lumbar or back cushions are larger than 2 inches (averaging at 4 inches in thickness to 5 inches) and that is too big for the small of my back. I love this one since I can take out one cushion and adjust it to my needs. The elastic band is adjustable and wraps around the back of my chair easily. I like the different firmness options and its very adjustable. I'm saving up to buy a second one because it works so well for my needs.Pictured: the adjustable strap for the back (it does not come with a clasp, but it does have a section that allows you to tighten or loosen the strap), the medium pillow, the relax support pillow encased in it's cover (holding the small cushion, I love that I can customize the firmness of the cushion that gets into contact with the small of my back) and the medium pillow on top of it (I want to buy a second relax support so I can also put this in the cover and have it secured to my chair, extra cushions are awesome too!), as well as the back of the relax support cover, featuring the zipper in the middle of the cover. I would have preferred the zipper on top or on the bottom, but it's not really a hindrance in putting the cushions inside. Overall, excellent product, especially for shorter people who struggle to find something fit to their needs. Thanks for making this!

This isnthe only back support I have purchased that fits my needs. I am using the thinner thickness one . It cones with 3 inserts. Perfect for most all needs.

This is one of the best lumbar support pillows I've tried! I have a herniated disc in my lower back so sitting in an office chair or for a long car ride can give me back pain. There are several features I like about this pillow that set it above others. First, it comes with three different firmness level inserts you can change out to find the one comfortable for you (hard, medium and soft) Second, it has a strap to attach to your chair and comes with an extender that adjusts to make it fit different chait backs. It stays in place once you find that sweet spot. I would recommend another set of hands to help you put it on so its easier. The stitching on the case looks like good quality and it arrived carefully packaged. I tried it first with the medium and then the hard support inserts. I found that the hard helped me keep my posture upright. The medium might be more comfortable for long drives though. Two inserts fit inside at once so I'll pack both for our roundtrip anf update which one worked best. I also like the size of this support though I can see others not liking it if you're looking for something for total back support. This size is just right to target your lower lumbar but will not support your entire back.

I drive a little two seater roadster so luxury and comfort were not of utmost consideration in the design of this vehicle. On the rare occasion when I do more than two hours worth of non stop driving my posture starts to sag a bit as there is not much back support built into the seat. Because I don’t have an issue with back pain spending a lot of money on a top of the line lumbar support pillow was not worth it to me. This little cushion was priced right ($20) so I decided to give it a try.My initial thought is “meh”. It unimpressively does what it is supposed to do so I give it 2.5 stars… well 3 cuz, you know. The “Pancake Pillow” adjustability aspect is the best thing about this product. The worst thing is the strap. If you plan on using this pillow in a car seat, a Velcro closure instead of a buckle would go a long way toward making it easy to install and remove as comfort requirements and/or drivers change.As I just received the product, I can’t verify or deny other reviewers claims of the poor longevity of the pillows but then again it was only $19 & change so I don’t expect stellar durability.

I had just about given up on effective lower back support because my needs can change. I took a chance due to adjustable support with the inserts, which are very easy to change/mix if desired. In fact, I now have a second one for even more flexibility in support (pun intentional). One stays at home and the other is in the car for anywhere else. The adjustable strap is excellent for keeping it in place. I should order more of them as perfect gifts/insurance against mine disappearing.

Excellent pillow. The strap has rubber grippers to keep it in place and is easily adjustable. There are three inserts included to enable multiple combinations of two inserts to achieve different pillow firmness at 3.5" thickness, or you can use just a single insert if you need a thinner pillow of approximately 2" thick, which is how I use it.

Basically, the concept works but the foam pillow will not stay in place, when I sit in the seat the unit gets condensed into a small place and doesn’t do a thing. I finally had lumbar surgery and wanted this to help with my chronic pain but it just not a good design.

Missing items: The Manual lists items included in the package, I only received SOFT and HARD pillow, NO MEDIUM pillow?And also I did not receive STORAGE BAG?Please respond.
