We took our 14 lb dog to the lake for the first time and this life jacket worked great for her. I love that it had velcro and snaps.

He looks adorable, I got this one and another small one for each if my dogs. They both look good and it fits them well but the fin wouldn't stay up without tape. And the take probably won't stay on in the water.

This vest is not suitable for a small breed. The slightest current in the water caused my dog to flip over sideways while wearing this life vest. I will only use it on her for riding in a tube or on a float with me.

I bought a size medium for my 18 lb dog. I used their measuring chart to pick the correct size. The external fabric seemed to tear easily (a small tear) on something the first time it was used, but overall I am happy with the product for the price I paid. The red color provided great visibility for my dog, the vest had Velcro and snaps to secure the vest to my dog and I used the grab handle to lift her out of the water, a nice feature.This life vest provided me a great peace of mind while vacationing on a houseboat with my dog!

I have a 5 month old French Bulldog who loves the water. I bought this life vest for his safety around the pool and on the boat.The vest is adorable on him and the color pops. I did order a Small because he's still growing but I'm sure the XS would of fit him better. The velcro is heavy duty and will allow the vest to fit snugly against the dogs belly. My little guy requires the fitting to be fastened as far as they allow but it's good because he will have plenty of room to grow into it. Even with the vest being big it was comfortable enough for him to run around in before getting into the pool.Overall I loved the life vest and will be buying another for my Boston terrier!!

Way smaller than described, barely fits our 10 lb. Westie. The buckles on the clamps failed first use, they are so thin the plastic broke. Beware!
